So my first review disappeared. This app takes 2-3 business days to AUTHORIZE the deposit. Then ANOTHER 1-2 business days to appear in your account. Until then, no one can tell you where your money is.
Was working fine, takes about a business day for them to manually review the deposited checks and deposit into your account, this is not immediate. So if you do it on a Friday and they have lots of people doing this on a weekend, it may take til Tuesday to see in your account as only 1 person is in charge of this app at our bank. Users have to review on their phones first as even though appears to have submitted, it may not have been and you have to do it again. This weekend I cannot log into service to use, perhaps maintenance at bank. But when it works it saves me a trip into town to deposit a check.
Horribly designed app. First, the fact that I need two separate apps to manage my bank account is already a terrible design. Then, when you try to set up your account in this app the requirements for user name are not completely given (it doesn't tell you that your name must have a capital letter). Then it takes several days to get your account approved. The app also has incomplete instructions for the bank's requirements for check deposits so my deposit got rejected the first time.
