Doesn't work on my device. It did work with the other app, but when I updated it (because I had to) everytime I have to click on update and click on "open" or "uninstall". Need to fix it!!!!!
just experiencing update, already like what I see. Larger, cleaner pages. looks like more options too. I was just about to explore when review popped up!
Since the last update, I've seen many improvements. The app is quicker and has fewer crashes.

User friendly and convenient. Maybe in the near future there would be helpful search capabilities (i.e., checking account by company name, etc.)

This app has always worked grest with a few minor hugs only but the mobile deposit is great with awesome service from support as well.

Using this app has been wonderful and I just deposited some checks last month. However, yesterday and today it was giving me problems. I got all the way to the part where you are submitting your mobile deposit and then a window pops up saying an error occurred and to call. I ended up calling to see and apparently this is a big issue for iPhones. But I don't have an iPhone. I have a Samsung galaxy. The guy told me to reinstall the app and restart my phone and see if that helps, if not to call back. I did that a few times and it still didn't work. What I ended up doing was writing a new check, using a fine tip pen this time and made sure to write out everything nicer and neater than the first one. I think the main issue is when you endorse the back of the check. Make sure to write out "HFS FCU Mobile Deposit" and then your account number you are depositing to. I think on my first check that part was squeezed in there, so the second time I wrote it better and that seemed to work. It finally took the check.
