Always glitches/ freezes on logging in and no one seems to fix the issues. I have voiced my concerns to the customer service staff and the only advice I was given is to keep uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Here I am again for the 20th time months later doing that. Seems to always happen like clock work on the last day of the month and weekends.
The app is always working never had any problems it's a great app keeps me on top of my money which I probably spend too much anyway
Everytime I try to scroll through recent transactions the menu keeps popping open and taking me all the way back to the top. Some things seem more user friendly in theory but in reality there are glitches that it either doesn't work or takes very long. But this was recently launched and in the beginning of any app there are kinks to straighten out. Hopefully it keeps improving.
Not a bad app. However.it is a banking app and the glitches make it hard to conduct business and need to be fixed. The side menu keeps popping up whenever I try to do something. Furthermore, depositing apps this way is stressful and takes an unnecessary amount of time to get the feature to work. However, once done it is processed in a timely manner.
I have business accounts with 7 other banks in 3 other states. This is the worst application of all the banking apps I use. After the recent upgrade it has become worse. If I try to take a picture to deposit a check the window shows a different area than what is actually being photographed and also rotates the image 90 degrees in the viewing area but not in the actual image. After guessing and retaking a picture of the check numerous times I might get lucky and have it accepted. Ridiculous. An app should never make you feel like it's not worth it and you're better off physically going to the bank.
This is the worse banking app I have ever used! They just changed it a few months ago and I as well as many other people have had nothing but problems just trying to connect with it! The bank knows about our disgruntled comments and has done nothing to fix or change this app for all the problems it gives! Totally not useable at all!!
Since the update, i cannot login through the app. Keeps telling me i have the wrong credentials, but the same credentials work on a computer just fine. Also , doesnt allow for fingerprint login. HFS should fire the developper and fix the app.
Fairly simple to use. The key words used as menu choices are lacking in clarity. As a retired system designer/senior software & harware engineer, I would definitely rethink the entire menu.
Very convenient way to deposit checks and check your balance.
Entered a check into mobile deposit. I entered the $ amount of the check, it accepted it. Then to take the pictures of the check, it prompts me to endorse the check, "For mobile deposit at HFS Federal Credit Union, into account #...". When I tried to submit the deposit, it denies the deposit saying, the amount is too high. First, it should have shown the max allowed, then it should have failed to accept the amount; now I can't deposit it at a branch because it says for mobile deposit!
App takes too long to open and times out. I've only been able to get on one time to set the app up. You're better off using your desk top! Useless to me.
Positive, Good new features, transfer between accounts. Negative, doesn't give me current information on login, also, doesn't give me available balance for VISA at all.
Super convenient and easy to use. Highly recommended to keep track on your finances and make transactions on the go.
Old app was good, new app is garbage, would give a 0 if could, used the old app pretty much on a daily basis, can't log in at all with new app, call HFS and they tell me that i have no history in their system of ever using anything, still waiting on them to fix it, very dissapointed
Garbage, cant even login. Telling me wrong password even though password never changed. Try to reset password and just stays on that screen, old app actually worked at least
Always updated, very easy to understand, very easy to do things like transfer money to different account. No complaints
Will only work if you have a Solid Cell phone connection, doesn't work if you have a wifi connection! Very inconvenient.
Easy to use message, response time is always immediate for me. Checking accounts and making transactions app runs smootly every use.
Old app was good. New app sucks. My account keepa getting disabled and I have to keep calling in order to check my account every single time. New app is garbage
I just set my new password and login and when I went to log in it wouldn't let me and now my account is disabled. The app before this one was much better
App is great just have intermittent problems connecting to server. Could be my phone
Works exactly as intended, some prompts can be tricky but with careful reading there is no reason a person can't get it to work.
This app doesn't work with any password saving service, which is a huge pain and caused me a lot of money.
Log in takes so long to load it times out. I haven't been able to access my account through the app.
I find the app easy to use and I can complete multiple task as needed as well.
I like it because it's easy to use and I don't have to wait in line to get my transactions done..very convenient.
It's taking forever to download and to even get in the app. Very frustrating
Great app well organized. I feel safe using it. Love the online check deposit.
Way more organized that the original app. Gives me more control of my accounts through my mobile.
Update: Now I can't login at all. After putting in correct username/password it just loads, but then gives an error. After the update, the login loading takes very long and many times does not log me in. Very disappointed because I rely on this app a lot.
