After last update it gets worse.i am trying to open it with my pin it shows wrong pin and if I try to change pin through forget pin it shows there's something problem with your current session.
Before it was working fine but from last 6months it's not working. Getting an error to login
Worst Application Development from the developer! we as an organization could not able to login! " we encountered an error while processing your request" This is the only pop up shows at all time! waste of time! Need of the hour to develop!
Unable to open app, ask to contact hr, previously it was working...
Not at all user friendly. No provision to reset password or forgot password, which is a basic feature in every app. Need to improve a lot.

Appreciate that HGS has finally come up with an app, but the app interface feels very outdated. Couple of observations are 1. Every time you use the app, You need to login with company code, employee code, etc. 2. The payslip, tax forecast etc., are not displayed in app, but have to be downloaded in pdf format before you can view. This is as good as logging into website and defeats the purpose of a dedicated app.
I don't why m giving one star also.... Unable to download it... Stupid app... It's frustrating
Tried deleting cache, re-installing the App, all the required access is given but still I'm unable to download docs. Raised query on the query management.. the response provided, asking me to enter correct mobile number to get the OTP ??? 🙄🤔 What kind of App is this, and the support team ?
3rd class app..I didn't expect...my previous app was excelity global it was far far better and hgs is exceptionally bad. I will be thankful if u fix it..whenever I open it it taken lots of time and some times I have to reinstalled to check it.i am not a good review writer but such experience I have to write. U have good respect globally plz maintain don't get it in vain.
Non Sense app, please test the app before you bring it to the user. Doesent work for Samsung same issue its a blank page. Take this app OFF from the play store. Do not create unnessasry trouble for user n waste their time
From last few weeks the app is not opening on my device. It does not go upto login page either. Please help to resolve this issue. I alsways to login to website to get my documents.
Very good application. This is for corporate use only ... I am able to access every option available. Kindly keep your application updated for smoother use.
It's a very good and useful app but there is A problem that the past data is not uploaded in it. so i am not able to download previous sala slips.
Not at all functioning properly. Password page many a times is not displayed. So i have to uninstall and install again. Please do something about it. My internet is quite fast
Hi Team, After this recent update, I am not able to access HGS app. The error message I am getting as - "Invalid, The app is not activated for company you entered. Please contact to your HR for app activation." I have also tried to re-install this app however this doesn't work. Please note that my company name is KPMG. HGS is a service provider for payroll related services to us. Please look into this issue and get it resolved.
I am unable to log in to the app.it is simply not opening up..this was not the case previously..after the last app update this is happening. Can the team help me in getting this resolved
Previously this app is working fine past 1year. But now this app is getting login trouble and now it's showing the error, your not authorised to access to this app. Please resolve as soon as possible...
This App Sucks..... I tied to install it so many times. But first time its open.. Then after that whenever you try to.open it.. It doesn't work at all..

Pathetic!!! Unable to respond to a query that I have registered on 'Ask HR' section and website most of the times gives a runtime error. A ridiculous experience one can have that too at the time when nature of query is urgent!!!
very worst app i installed this app for my new device im not able to access my details it shows invalid/incorrect password eventhough entered correct details there is no similar option for login waste app
Very worst. Even I can able to login in web url, this apps not allowing and shows as App is not activated for company entered. Still it's not accepted CG code for company.
Application doesn't open most of the time, specially when you wish to download your pay slip. Worst ever app I have seen in performance.

Not working for me. Getting error "the app not registered for the company you entered...". It's working fine on web portal. Is anyone even listening here....no response from the developers seems like no one cares.
