I don't like that it gave me no option but to update immediately. I'm having trouble accessing the download and my phone has been buffering on this app for the last few days. This gives me ABSOLUTELY NO ACCESS to my needed workplace app. I'm completely frustrated and would rather have the option to update or use the old app which would have at least temporarily allowed me to log in. Now I can't do or see any work function using this defective app.

Thank you for including release notes! App updates still randomly cause problems for older model Android devices. GALAXY S7,S8,A11,J7, and Galaxy NOTE. The only solution is to completely uninstall the app and re install it. Updating the app causes it to hang at loading screen and/or have a completely blank Visits/Today's schedule.

I clock in-and-out 7 days a week I understand the purpose of the clock out checklist but it would be nice if it functioned more with me then against me on one end the top half seems like it is remembering daily consistent task that you check off and then on the other hand it seems like it scrambles the order after you have gotten used to it so that you can click through it fluidly at the end of your shift I don't understand the reason behind the quiz? I guess at the end of my 9hr workday

This application barely works. Care agencies really need to find or make a better way to clock in and out. The amount of times this app has malfunctioned when I was trying to clock out, is atrocious. It honestly is horrible. Update: App this doesn't work. When I try to sign in the app closes on it's own. It's nonfunctional. More to add the pop up notifications mess with my phone. Even while moy clocked in I constantly receive pop up notifications. Which cannot be turned off.

I am not able to get a signal to time in ,This App tells me " app isn't responding " & I constantly send feedback. My office has talked to people behind the scenes, ' so to speak ' I've updated. I'm not okay with this, app has me as if I'm late every other day or so. Not liking the app 😕

This app crashes constantly for like 3 months takes me about 5 to 7 minutes to clock out, it is absolute nightmare sometimes I just give up. It's need to be fixed SAP.

I have used this app for work for the last 2 years and everyday it has issues. Also most sat night I can't even get in to clock out at night. Wish my employer could find another AP to use.

This app gives issues sometimes it won't even open for us to punch in nor out we save task they'd say we didn't not good it really a lot of interference like today it I could not even log in to punch out not fare to us employees 👎I had to report it to my coordinator several times Big Inconvenience for me still getting issues opens when it wants to

This app has been blank for the last three weeks. You can't see where you punched in or out. If the information isn't properly ç week. This is according to the insurance company. If u cannot check to see if you clocked in or out via the HHAexchange or see to correct a mistake if the app is n use toot working properly how is that your fault. You can do it by phone as well but sometimes the phone calls don't register. Although you contact your agency to give them a heads up. Still next week paid.

Been waiting 45 minutes for this app to update...EVERY time I have to update it makes me late cause it never connects for the update.... Update... it's now been 1 hour 10 minutes and still hasn't updated...what a joke.

Constantly having issues. Either cannot connect or it's updating. Updating what, I don't know.

This app is horrible! Never saves my notes. Closes out all the time. Absolutely awful!!!! I would give it zero stars if I could!!!

As of 11-22 constantly have to update the app, but dont improve anything. 5-11-22, had to update the app again. But no better than last month.

too long to update, can't clock in or out until update is done which makes you havea late clock in when you are in client home already.

This app is always glitching. I can get into clock in but cant back into clock out. Ive had issues with lost notes. Very frustrating.

Every update creates issues. App is slow, freezes and crashes. Thanks for another great update.

This app has been making my life difficult. I'm always having trouble clocking in to work. And if takes forever. Have to use it because of my job honestly would prefer not to

I hate this appt too sometimes it lets u clock in sometimes it don't like this has to get better TEC is getting so much better and faster and u mean to tell me u ain't get all the kinks out yet. That is so sad get an upgrade

In the beginning everything was fine since the update the GPS says I'm 47-70 feet away when I'm in the house it always give me a green check in or out and later turn to a red x sometimes it crashes and I walk around outside until it says 50 something feet away so I have to leave out the house and walk down the street so annoying... PLEASE FIX THIS APP

This is a horrble app. It makes ne log in late most times and then my agency take out my time ..... i hate it.

When touching clock in or out it takes a while to show like literally even my visits don't show and won't close these app being crashing need new update or version because these crashes or bugs are frustrating.
