Terrible!!! It won't even log on. Just freezes while loading after hitting sign on button or says invalid. Was ok before the update. The idea was great to provide mobile deposit but unfortunately it's useless if you can't sign in! Pleas fix this ASAP! I'm about to switch over to a different bank where I can actually log in to view my account.
When it works, it's a great app! Very user friendly and easily navigated... When it works! Lately I can't log in. It just continues to load. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and doesn't fix the issue.
This new app is awful. It takes 24 hours for any postings to withdraw from your account.not kn owing this, I did them twice. horrible app. can't wait to move to another credit union 6/29/19. I'm going to update my review of this after having used it for a few weeks...... Even though it's a little tricky to maneuver through, I do like the fact that I can see what my available balances and what my pending transactions are better than my regular bank. still I am not crazy with the internal transfs
I now use the web browser because this app is terrible. Sometimes it does not open even after repeated attempts. Update 2021....same mess different year. I've uninstalled this app so many times that I have lost count.
App used to work decent before the bank switched and became a credit union. Ever since the name+app change the app RARELY if EVER even loads. Its extremely frustrating when it'll be weeks before im able to access my online banking just to view my balance. At this point i may be switching banks just with how frustrating this app is, and I've been banking with them for over 5 years now!
This app gives me severe stress when, say, I'm trying to pay a mortgage payment and it CRASHES before confirming the transaction. Garbage. So bad it makes me reconsider whether I want to continue banking with HHFCU, who I've been with for 15 years... Shame. Beyond its poor functionality, it is nearly amateurish in its graphical finish and style; overlapping text bars, words cut off... I dont get how this app got out the gate.
The app always fails to log in, no matter my connection. I can have perfect wifi or full bars of 5G and it still refuses to log in. Not sure what's going on, but this is unacceptable for such a vital app.
This app is terrible. It does not allow me to use the fingerprint login, when I do it locks up and now the remote deposit does not work. So frustrating.
I am honestly to the point I'm ready to leave this bank. I've been banking with this bank since I opened up business (4+ years) and honestly it just keeps going down hill. From not granting me my sba grant money to then changing your name rather then fixing your app. I'm tried of not being able to access my funds in my online account. All it does is load and load. 3 percent of the time I'm actually able to log in doesn't matter if I'm connect to wifi or 5g or 4g.
Used to work without issue. Then the mobile deposit stopped working and now the entire app no longer functions. Great bank.... Horrible app. I've called and tried to bring attention to the app and they don't care.
Downloaded and trying to reset my password and it says my user ID is invalid.. it was fine earlier in the day on my iPhone but doesn't work on my Samsung note 20 andriod phone.. it doesn't even work from the phones web browser.
90% of the time it either crashes or never loads. I've uninstalled and reloaded it numerous times.
The app never works. Now the online banking isn't working either. Definitely needs to be fixed. Do better!!
It's okay but it doesn't do everything I'd like it to. I'm used to using Chase Bank and it does everything. Overall though I like the banking at Heritage better.
terrible!! I had to uninstall and install three or four times. I log in and it just buffering lime I'm on dialup or something
I keeps messing up my account balance and not processing transactions like it used to
since last update app freezes wont long in I've had to uninstall and reinstall more than 10 times already.. 🤔🤔🤔

The login freezes and I'm having trouble using the app after the latest update.
Won't load on my phone or tablet. It stinks. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. They broke it, and can't fix it.

omg this app got so bad I can't even log in to my account please fix this very inconvenient ugh
significant issues with the ability to log into the application. I have had to uninstall multiple times and stop using the fingerprint login feature. When using fingerprint, I get a notice that my password has been used, but I get nothing but a spinning wheel. Even after I get in, the screen goes blank and I need to log back in. I usually have to use the web browser to connect now. issue has been happening for greater than a month now. Please fix the application.
