Why would I add money to wallet when I can directly pay with any service and even if I would add let me atleast check can availability how can I get first 5 rides free and expenses. Need to improve a lot more if you actually want to survive

I am using your app first time but you want me to add Rs 100 in wallet first. This is not good for a startup. My suggestion- first try to win trust from your customer and then ask for money.Even OLA and UBER are not asking money today also. They always have 'cash' as payment option. I am uninstalling ur app.

An app that forces me to give media permission in order to open that has got nothing to do with media information of customer is a straight uninstall for me. This app is for a cab company in which customers pay for a ride, I don't see why such company needs access to customers media information.

You guys failed at the beginning only... Your app support is not good... app is installing but continues to crashing.. And at least get a domain and mail address for hicabs before approaching the investors...

excellent app. when are you launching in the state of Goa. The tourisim industry here desperately needs such an app.

Why do you require media and files permission? And its not optional, you guys are forcing to give permission. Please explain. Uninstalling and not installing until proper explanation.

Asks for useless permissions like storage, contact, location (all the time) , doesn't accept location (while using app) option.
