I like the hearing aids and they work well . But i think they should develop a better app with more user control. I would like to contol tones and other options. In other words I would like full control over my hearing aids instead of driving 100 miles to have them adjusted.
App works on my Nexus 7 tablet but sometimes aids won't connect. Can't use app on Samsung Luna phone cuz there are no connect buttons visible on screen. Today I discovered that double tapping left side of screen connected my left aid, and on right side it connected right aid. Eureka!Both devices run Android 6.0.1. Once connected, controls work. I wish it would remember whether I'm adjusting both aids or one until I change it.
Back to not working on Moto G Power. App shows instruments paired, but won't connect and I don't have time to reboot every time. I can disconnect, but upon trying to reconnect, the app can't find it.
At first I was unable to get the right hearing aid to connect and was told there was a known android problem. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and now they both connect for some unknown reason.
It's so easy to change programs and hearing level. Much better than trying to find the buttons.
Won't pair with hi BTE. Tried many sequences . Hi serial numbers on devices do show on Pixil 3A BT setup screen. Version Dec 2020.
Previous version did work. No longer works. Will not locate my aids. Cannot continue to use. Bring back old version...
Still cannot connect via cell phone. Did we not pay extra for this option, I don't remember.
Stopped working. The phone is not the problem as we tried with another phone.

Works as advertised.
Tried to pair my hearing aids several times to the app with no success. And deleted and reinstalled the app with the same results. Spent sometime looking around to the app and found the app doesn't recognize my hearing aides. So if app doesn't recognize the aides and the Bluetooth does they won't pair. Maybe some day it will be fixed. Just tried the above with my tablet with the same results.
