This app, while useful and topnotch as I started using it, over time became sluggish and buggy and has come to have a mind of its own. It won't scroll down to earlier tests, and when I do a restricted date search, it does not follow. Hard headed. And nothing is being done to improve it. Update: Months after promised update, supposedly in August (if it really did happen), still have not seen any improvement. Just scrolling thru my history to access dates I wanted, I have difficulty doing.

Very nice app. I especially love the database of different kinds of lab tests. Its desciption even includes the prep needed prior to the test. Found a bit of a display issue with the cumulative results view though. When scrolling down on a CBC result, the view also scrolls to the right, thus only showing the rightmost column at the very last line of the lab test.

I have been constantly using this app for 3 years now and didn't hvae problems downloading my test results. How come this time when I download my test results, an empty file is saved and there is no option to even print/save the cumulative results. Why change some things that have been perfectly working already

Some features aren't working like doctors appointment, etc. I like that I can access and download results conveniently. I could do wel using the website too...

Cannot proceed with online home service appt. Error: quantity is empty. Apparently the "test to be taken" does not appear in its android app. Buti pa sa ios lumilitaw pero after encoding all necessary info... "unknown error has occurred". Tried reinstalling pero wala pa rin. Kindly fix this and all the other suggestions/reviews in the comments section. Thanks.

Having trouble with resetting of password. Tried the retrieve password feature but no email was received since July 10. Also, sent an email to support and still no feedback was received at all

I can no longer book an appointment because it says unable to connect however I have a fast and stable Internet connection. I tried to re-install the app but still no connection.

The sign up button goes to page for you to fill up some details but need input last test. Wc i dont hv. First time. then wc lab wc i dont hv also. The recaptcha doesnt work even if i randomly input some details.

Both rating & review done hours ago was deleted(?)! Just found out the contact #s on this app & on FB are different!! No wonder I couldn't reach them!!! No more 2 stars, back to 1 star!!!

Hi pls fix the pdf issue everytime i download or i direct attach the file .. It says pdf file is corrupted so i always do screenshots instead sending pdf files . thank you

Very useful and first(?) of its kind. I hope they can upload the lab results of a patient from previous years and doing it consistently as I see some of mine were missing in between years (or, can I request for them be uploaded?).

Results won't load. It's been 3 days since I had my test done. Please fix.

Can't log in using my PID. pls fix. I love hp ever since and when I found out you guys have an app. I immediately download it and now im trying to access my result but cant because my PID says its incorrect.

It's the first time I downloaded the app... I don't have a username and password...it doesn't allow you to create an account.

i cant see how to sign up on this app. im already an existing patient. but when i already installed the app there were only login details which are user name and password. but how can i login if i didnt signed up?

I have not been able to book an appointment kasi it always says unable to connect, check your internet connection, kahit working naman wifi kasi ok naman ibang apps. Ano po pwede gawin? It takes a long timw thru call kasi.

Inclusion of an updated pricelist would be appreciated since the text lines are not responding.

Was able to login the app, but unable to see test results, i could however see the test results via browser.

Useless. I booked last Monday April 5 for an April 8 appointment. According to customer service, it never appeared on their system.

No way of creating an account so you can't navigate on the app at all

I was promised to see the result of my daughter's Dengue test 2-3 hrs. But until now still no result! What a shame! Uninstall this app!

App crashes when e-mail function is selected.

I can't registered it always says invalid username and password..

Useless app. Testing service is even worst. Not recommended testing lab.
