Hi! Puppies♪

I wanted to create a new account, so i binded my main to my email. But when i was making a password, instead of showing the keyboard it filled the password with * at the max number of characters. I thought nothing of it at first, but when i wanted to log back into my account, it asked me what the password was. Now, since the password had been filled automatically with a bunch of * i had no way of knowing what my password was. The game gives no options to recover or delete an account. Frustrating

This was one of my favorite games growing up but after the restart it completely screwed itself over. Theres more bugs and it seems to have just fallen apart. Plus its a little irritating not getting to keep more than 2 dogs until lvl 30, and not getting to sell your starter dog. Bones come too slowly, leveling up becomes difficult and all around it's grown to be a waste of time in my opinion. At this point Im only really in it for the breeding - but theres no new breeds and I cant keep them

this app was def one of my favorites growing up. I took a 2 year break from this app and coming back, it is super glitchy. I also had to completely restart because it would let me log into my account. I knew that I was putting my info correctly bc I have all of it saved in multiple places so I would loose it. I've spent so much money for it to all go haywire :( Was a good app, but it's gotten worse.

Bones were not received. I bought the $99.99 pack twice with its bonus which in the end I shouldve received 11,200 bones before the reset. I was told to reach out to you guys but the F&Q page does not work. Hope to get help soon.

Been playing since it came out and worked fine till 2019nthen I took a break and came back this year literally been playing for 1 week then it Uninstalled itself and won't re install it says error when trying and I just got up to level 35 so I'm pissy I done all that work for nothing!!!

Hello, the new UPDATE on the game caused a glitch, so we can't see profile pictures or frames pictures. I will change my rating to 5 stars if you fix this issue! That would be great!! Other than that its a really good game.

Ive been playing this game since i was 5, im 12 now. I just got to say the bad things first; graphics are not the best and could be a bit updated, also i wish more new things would come out instead of the whole game being changed. Though i stopped playing for quite a few years i still love the game alot. its not a bad game at all and i really love it, plus it gives me nostalgia.

Literally awful. I had been playing for years and there were a lot of bugs but it was still OK because the actual game was super fun. I had some super rare dogs and then one day everyone's accounts got wiped. The developer has provided no explanation. I never actually spent money on this game, but there's so many people who have payed for bones or other things with real money who now have lost those items

This game can do so much better. I have recently have been having problems with the game for 2 days now, and it is honestly bothering me. I can't play the game because I supposedly am not connected to the WiFi, but my device is connected. I have tried multiple times trying to get into the game but I cannot. Other than that, this game needs to be updated. There are bugs/glitches that need to be fixed. Please take regard to that. This game needs a major improvement.

I've known and played this game for 3 years, and now, to express its so-called gratitude, kicks me out. The game doesn't even load. it's disappointing. all these dumb spring or summer updates just bring New dogs. that's it. No better quality. No big bug fixes. Just dumb dogs to get your money going. not to mention it doesn't load half of the time. I play on my phone, but now it's disappeared completely off the app store. all there is some Japanese clone. fix it, and be useful.

This used to be a fun game but it's gotten boring doing the same stuff! Not only that, the bones are overpriced it should be 80€ for 40 bones. Not 3 dollars. Oh and you should have warned us or at least gave us a year of free bones when you restarted the game! People spent years to get to lvl 100 and to get to vip 5! You should also be able to get rid of your starter dog considering that the limit of dogs you can have is 2 Wich includes the starter dog. If you make it better I'll change my vote

decent game overall, obviously the whole restart, when alll our accounts got deleted, sucked but all of that aside, there are some very bad glitches recently. Some examples are: Profile pics not loading, it makes ur dogs stats go back down after you finished filling them, for me personally my dog was pregnant but for some reason it says shes not and she hasn't given birth (it's been like 10 days) please fix, I just want the old game back :/

I am so disappointed. This use to be my favourite game when I was younger. I worked so hard and spend all of my time playing. And now you've deleted everything? I used to play it everyday. I had so many dogs on all of my accounts. And now everything is deleted for what reason? I stopped playing for a while, and I would go back but I'm not sure since I have to start everything again. And old bugs are still in the game and new ones are there too as the often mentioned Profile picture one.

I like playing that game since my childhood times . And im still playing but there is one thing I broke my point is we need new kind of puppies in that game . İn hi kitties its ok and good , so much cat breeds and the newborn pups are like real mix but in hi puppies the head and the body are different and yoi say the dog is mix ? İn reality there is no dog like that much ? And the signs are black and we cant see that signs on a black pup , do that white on black pups too .

I am really disappointed and annoyed that I lost my accounts in the update, I had worked really hard to get them to a great point and I cant believe that all gone. It feels wrong and I am not going to play again beacuse it will be lost again at some point which is deviating. I hope the accounts are restored at some point, so I can play and enjoy the game again...

Started this game a few years ago and got a whole lot of progress. Invested in the game to get VIP and eventually took a break. I came back to find out that the developers deleted my account even after I had bought a bunch of bones and stuff. So basically stealing money from their customers with nothing in return. Thanks.

This game might be a very fun game, But it would be nice if the loading would finish up because i always have my loading stuck at 40% And After it said "Lost Connection" i had good wifi i tried turning off my wifi restarting it, But it did not work! So I tried to contact you.. But you would not ever respone Now am so angry that you never reply to my response, So it seems like you don't really support people don't you? Fix the glitches its annoying ppl are leaving the game becuz of it, the game was fantastic but now it's just disappointing to play it. Glitches are the pictures and frames u cant see, dogs status glitch to empty, when u buy bones the game kicks u out (u do get ur bones) but it freezes ur game.

I love the app. It's just I'm having a problem with sending my puppies up for adoption. I click send puppy and confirm but it doesn't give me a code. Then the council comes and takes one of them away because I couldn't sent it away in time. I would also like if there was another way to get bones.

It's a cute game, and does teach people how to look after a puppy before they actually buy one. But sometimes, I have seen some very weird things that I cannot describe. But the game's cute overall, puppies are cute, the animations are cute, real cute game honestly.

DISAPPOINTED COMMUNITY!This wonderful app has been my childhood game and I've so many nice memories about it. I'm just disappointed by the creator of the game who decided a while ago to delete all the accounts in order to "clean" the app. Since many people put effort and grew with this game, I suggest to the creator Xgames to eventually delete only the accounts below level 20 instead of deleting all of them. It's just not respectful towards the players who put much time and REAL money in it! Thx

I love this game but when I tried to log in, it is glitched and said I needed wifi, which I have. I thought it might be my phone, so I downloaded it on my kindle. It still doesn't work, please fix this and I will change it to 5 stars

Hello, there is a glitch with the new update we cant see profile pictures or frame pictures so im hoping you can resolve this issue! If you do ill change my rating to 5 stars other than that the game is good.

Very nostalgic for me (12) to have been playing this around 6 years ago, and stopped due to school. ☺ Thank you, for my childhood. I just wish i still had my progress. 😣 This game is perfect for kids 4-6+ who love to experience taking care of more than one puppy.

A bit boring. Nothing else to do than take care of your puppy, form relationships with other puppies, race, and contests. It's hard to earn bones without buying them or being in a higher level than 25, i guess.

I been playing since before the update and I really hope and pray yall bring beagles, Burmese mountain dogs, and add more dogs maybe once every 1-3 months add a new dog so it gets fun not having the same dogs constantly and it should be you can sell your original dog if you want I think its unfair people under lvl 30 can only have 2 dogs and one has to be the main dog, it shouldn't be like that, you should be able to unlock more spots after you lvl like every 15 levels you can get 1 more dog.

I swear if ive lost everything im going to be very upset. Game loads but my accounts will not log in. It says the username/pass if wrong. I typed it in 3 times. I really hope the game wasnt rebooted.

I loved this game but the fact that it's not letting anyone log in is just bull. People put alot of time money and effort into this game only to have it shut down on them like this. I've been playing for almost 6 years. Y'all need to do something to fix this!
