Hi! Reach

Humana is happy to announce the new and improved Hi! Reach mobile app! This new app brings user friendly and intuitive features to associates, making it easier than ever to work quicker and smarter.

In this release there are seven features integrated to make your Hi! Reach access a breeze across all mobile devices.

1. Authentication will allow you to access the app quickly and easily, now supporting Touch ID, fingerprint, and Face ID logins
2. Payslips offers an overview of your most recent payslip, YTD breakdowns, and available PTO. You’ll also be able to view itemized payslips with graphs, detailed views with YTD and single date comparisons, and a full list of your pay history
3. ePhonebook lets you quickly search the full list of associates, and provides access to contact information and organizational structure
4. Help & Support allows associates to easily get in touch with the most common support lines in a single tap
5. Customization allows you to tailor your Hi! Reach app to your exact preferences. You can choose the order of your home screen widgets, and even hide any apps you don’t need
6. User feedback lets you voice your opinion directly to the app’s creators. That feedback will be used to fix bugs, and make improvements
7. iPro segments your requisitions so that you can get the most important information at a glance. You can view full request details and check on the status, and managers can add comments and approve or reject at improved speeds

We are very excited to introduce this product to you. Thank you for letting us be part of your productive journey at Humana!

This app used to be highly useful. Now the payslip feature has been busted since June. No responses to date on the reason or resolution. Worthless app.

After downloading, the app is called "Catavolt" instead of Hi! Reach. Makes it a bit hard to find the first time after downloading.
