Why did you change it? I used to love this app, despite getting logged out all the time. Now it usually just says "network error". When it does work, it's not User friendly. It always defaults to the bottom of the page so you're constantly scrolling trying to figure out where you were. Plus, on your current bids, there's a tiny, little, colored border rather than the whole box being colored, so you can't easily tell if you're winning. You're going to lose the business of lots of auction houses.

Frustrating. You ☑ the "stay logged in" box and it never works. It vibrates while using all the time, and there's no setting to turn it off. If you keep notifications on, it gives you updates for auctions not in your area. Like, across the country. And since you're not logged in, in spite of the ☑ box, and you've turned off the notifications, there's no notification when outbid. Can't save your favorite auction houses, so everytime you login, you have to search for your zip code again.

It would be better to take this app out of the store than have it as an option, it's THAT bad. The app logs out after almost every use (which defeats the purpose of the 'stay logged in' option). If you're viewing a lot & hit the back button, it takes you to the main screen, completely exiting the auction entirely. If you were on the bottom of a page, then you're forced to find the auction, scroll back down and find your place again. Overall, terribly designed and executed. Just use the website.

It locked up every time I opened it. Searching an auctions listings is a task and if you click to view a listing you are sent all the way back to the beginning of the auctions listings. This stresses you out enough to just quit looking. Very poor performance of any app I've ever used. Download it if you want to be annoyed and waste your time. 100% trash

I have bid and won lots of items with direct links off FB to local auction houses that use Hibid. But to find and view auctions on the app is a pain. I live on the boarder and there is no option to omitt Canadian listing. When you do find an auction you want to look at it is a another pain. When you click to view the listing up close and go back to the rest of the listings it takes you to a different spot so you have to scroll back to find where you left off.

The update that was made was presumably to enhance the UI and UX but has made the bidding process exponentially worse! It was bad before but now it's nearly unuseable. I loved hibid for access to small local auction houses however this new update needs to be scratched!! I don't know who the development team is or what's going on behind the scenes but simple things remain unfixed or worse!! I mean all that they theoretically have to do is copy what liveauctioneers is doing right and implement it.

Backward thinking. Clueless design and implementation. Graphics echo Web 0.1. Username and password fields autocapitalize: pure fail. Login credentials constantly lost, requiring reentry. Unpredictable back button behavior means constantly losing your place or entire search result sets. Inscrutable icons throughout app. Can't view/access/copy/share a direct or shortened URL for a given item---do you want to sell $&%# or not?! Every aspect of this app screams fly-by-night opportunism.

Horrible update and redesign. App worked good before. Now can't see previous bids without an error message. Bidding is difficult because screen keeps refreshing to bottom of page and you have to scroll back up to find you lots you are bidding on.

Not a very good app. Keyboard feedback with no way to adjust setting. Really unintuitive. On the Bright side it doesn't ask for a lot of permission. I will just use the website. It's a lot easier to use on my phone than that app that was designed for the phone. ???

Sad. I used to really like this app but then something happened and I can't get it to work right. Tried reinstalling it several times but it still tells me it's unable to connect to server in bad requests

I love hibid, was hoping the app would actually actively count down the auction timer and it doesn't. I am on many other auction sites and apps and so far this is the only one that does not count down, have to refresh. Very inconvenient if watching several auctions at a time.

I use to love this app. I could search for what ever I wanted. But now..... I'm not able to search for specific items, select the type of auctions or narrow it down. Example: earrings, online auction only, open bids. Nope... I barely can get the app to let me search for earrings. Please, please, please fix this.

This is a prank, right?! This is abysmal. I hope someone is ashamed and embarrassed they spent time and money developing this. Constant "network errors", hideous UI, slooooow, logs you out constantly, the list goes on. I don't know what alternate dimension this came from, but for the love of God and all that is holy, send it back!! File this app under "garbage" in The Twilight Zone.

Do not buy from here. At first I had good experiences but then the companies got lazy and would post very thing as new in damaged box. They also quit posting actually pic's of items, just store ad photos. There is no customer service, the auction companies can get away with pretty much anything.

This app is trash. It freezes when you try to place bids at the most inopportune times. It also does not store your login.There is nothing convenient about it. You are better off just using their website.

Love this site . Great to find auctions in your area or state. Still hard to get around on parts of it. But maybe it's just not tech savvy on my part..but beware auctions become highly addictive..You can just bid on 1& if your compative like me double watch your bank account...lol

What happened? Up until 3 weeks ago, using this app was great. NOW...... Unable to go beyond 1st page. Uninstalled & reinstalled 2x.....no change! Terrible now! I've missed out on winning multiple lots because I was UNABLE to up my bids! Please, FIX or REMOVE

Can't even get into the app. Just keeps saying error and I've been trying the last three days that I have had it downloaded. Just doesn't let me even click on the sections. Useless try to fix it

Need to be updated. Has not been updated in over a year. Not stable. Crashes for no reason. Recently won't let me do anything, says "please check your internet connection" which I have done numerous times.

This app is horrible. Please when are they going to come out with a new one? And why can't the app send me notifications? Would really like bid notifications sent from it.

"New and improved" app far too many glitches and should never have been launched. Work it out in the testing phases before losing thousands of frustrated customers.

This app keeps crashing, I can't see my past bids anymore and I was having a hard time bidding! Please fix these issues. It use to work ok now it's not worth my time.

Never stays logged in, UI is trash, and latest update make the app unusable due to "network error".

This is a terrible app that is both painful and time consuming to navigate and search. Being with this is the primary interface for their customers, you would think It would make this app easier to use Thus making them more money. Only reason I still have this installed is because 1 of my local Auction companies only does auctions with hibid now.

Constantly locks up. Mediocre design. Bidding locked out several minutes before auction end. Unclear how some bidders can bid during this time, but I cannot. Very frustrating to use.

Got to be very careful, sometimes the auctioneers. Show different pictures of what you are bidding. Specially on Coins also they said for example . It's a MS65 guess what if you send it for certified probably will come back as a AU 50. Always buy from the same Auctioner and ask if they will refund your money if the info they put is wrong. Or you might have to take them to court. If it's big money . The court in most cases will order them to refund the full amount. Always take pictures.

Installs and opens to the dashboard. It's then locked. No application keys work. My only option is to uninstall. I agree with other reviewers, this app should be removed from the store until they can make it work!!!
