The communication with live advisors is almost perfect. They are not guilty that the newest models have some features disabled, what was available in older models. Especially it refers to the hi end models that are missing important features. We will forward this to the development - I hear it many times and wait and wait and wait.

The Most-Wanted Features STILL Missing from EMUI 9! 1. Ability to use third-party icon packs 2. Access to app info in long pressing icons 3. Transparent Navigation Dock 4. Customizable Recent apps interface 5. Ability to change fonts and font sizes in home screen, app drawer and folders. 6. Option to disable /enable high search. 7. Unable to link my phone after scanning the s/n barcode. It finds model close to mine but will not allow me to add the phone details or upload to HiCare. There is an update available to hi Care but I cannot do that until my phone is recognised. Just end up going around in circles! Stuck on EUMI 5.0.1 ANDROID 7.0 and never had a single update since purchased. I will never buy another Huawei.

Ruined by an update. It used to work perfectly, but now with the recent design change, all the writing is white on a white background. You can't read anything unless the background is a different color. Renders the app useless.

Excellent and designed exactly what it's for. Love the fact i can chat to support agents without having to call a toll free number and be put on hold every minute. Good also for warranty status, and other related issues and notifications. Well done Huawei. Something you don't see with other competitors.

The app kept putting my phone into Maintainance Mode and getting it ready to send back to Huawei to be mended despite the fact that there is nothing wrong with it. It would do it not only when the phone was idle but also when I was doing something. Extremely annoying so uninstalled it.

Broken App. Purchased phone new on Saturday. App says select country or region while loading non stop. Shows nothing else. Just have wheel spinning non stop saying loading. Tried everything. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Does not work. Please fix as it eventually says cannot connect to server. There is nothing wrong with my internet as I also tried with WiFi. Same story.

I activated the app to get the last system update, after I read an article on the web says it's the only way to upgrade to the new Android 9, which I hope it ends this freezing in my smartphone. The App kept saying "your system is up to date"

Any problem I ask, their solution is to reset. Even something simple as net connection being cut off during calls. All I had to do was change network setting to LTE. But first they advise me to reset the phone, no katter what the issue is. That has just caused additional work with zero solutions so far.

I never write reviews, but HiCare constantly popping out made me to. Every time I try to zoom in/out or relocate something on my screen, HiCare is there. Only thing that is more annoying than this is the fact that it's a stock application which is impossible to remove from Huawei phone. Why do you even have a "disable" button if it does nothing?

Downvoted because installed by default on my phone, and pretty much useless. It contains a lot of shortcuts, sure, but most of the time you won't need any of these. It provides a lot of "cleaning" options which shouldnt be done by the user in an ideal scenario.

Hi, can I know why is it when I check the diagnosis for my earpiece audio there's always a problem. At first the audio came out from my earpiece, then it started to come out from my speakers. But theres no problem with my earpiece while I'm making phone calls.

After the recent HiCare update, all the text were invisible. Only the icons are visible. You'll have to guess which icon are you looking for. And the software update is also missing. Such a waste of time and neglecting why I choose huawei.

I have a mate 10 pro. I bought this phone solely on spec's. It was the best phone for the price at that time. Even though my country said this is an evil, communist phone. I am a capitalist and a consumer not a blind nationalist. The problem I am having like so many people it seems, is connecting to the server. The app does absolutely nothing, because it does not connect or sync with the server. Hence the 1 star and that is only because the app down loaded on to my phone.

My phone is under warranty. Few months ago it had a problem of not charging. So it serviced in free of cost. But after that service a yellow spot appeared under display. I was too busy in my daily work. So I came late into the service centre(after 2 or 3 month) But still my phone is in warranty. But service person is saying that it will not covered under warranty. I am totally embarrassed. I thought service is good and also my review was good in previous service. But in future no way...

Doesn't work, can't update to the latest version and can't check for updates on my Honor 8. Might not go through Honor anymore. My phone was supposed to be updated almost a year ago, they haven't even tried to push out the USA update for the Honor 8 and this app is also neglected

not sure what this app really doing or do but after update cant be properly on wi-fi, wi-fi constantly says im connected but ther is no access to internet connection! with symbol wifi still got exclamation mark aswell. fix this, not acceptable do becups atc all the time when im on wifi, which works good.

Stock app that is entirely for Chinese customers. If you switch your phone to English, then it has absolutely zero support options! Huawei says thanks very much for your 1000ukp, but eff off if you want tech support and don't speak Chinese

Changing my review after one year. The worst phone and support with service. Overall Huawei failed to keep up the value for the brand they claim. Phone stopped working exactly after warranty period got over, went to service center at Pune only to get factory reset and was told to wait for upgrade, they charged me Rs 177 for it. Post the upgrade to 9 version, it worked for some time, again same issue phone in boot loop. Went again to service center at pune, they took whole day to tell me the

Unable to use the app, states no matches on region section, have reset the phone. Uninstalled the update and reinstalled the update. Uninstalled the update and tried without updating but still no luck. All other apps work without issue, phone is O2 UK branded.

Requesting update is not available in UK. See other countries being able to request EMUI 10 via app etc, but in UK we are taken directly to default settings update? Why not make it so everyone gets the same options? I believe the UK is being left behind other countries.

I don't understand why the app wouldn't update, every time I try to updat the app says couldn't install and fails to update. why does this happen is this a bug or something completely different ??. question: is this a failed update you guys did some time ago or some phones won't work for some random reason with the update ??.

Troubleshooting is all I know this is useful for. I'm nervous of huawei apps, but we need this one from time to time I imagine, (the phones & tablets are great however & less expensive. The rest are either exorbitant prices, or just no good).
