needs serious security reviewing and updating; lousy IT job and terrible support! seriously considering closing my accounts. Randomly accepts fingerprint login, then seldom had to reset it in order to accept it again, the same goes for the password even though I did enter it correctly each time. App crashes, mobile deposits being rejected for no good reason, while only minutes l was able to deposit to my other checking with a different institution.... and many other frustrating issues.
This app is really painful to use. At least twice a month this app have system failure. It doesn't let you log in claim validation issues. But you head over to the online login you can access the accounts no problem. It's completely unreliable 90% of the time. You are better off using you mobile browser to access your accounts.
I love the basic easy function of this app. But it continuously has down time that it says I'm not recognizable and to contact my bank. This for me is a critical flaw. What is the point of checking the box that says remember me if it cannot do that. Fix this problem and your app is great. I don't feel like swimming from California to Oahu everytime time I have to do something with my account.
It's been a great App. The only downside thus far is the limited number (6) of transfers allowable each month, but that may be due more to security purposes and bank policy.
It won't let me deposit a check for $3006 because "the amount exceeds the maximum deposit amount." Whaaat? It's not like the check is for a million dollars. So what IS the limit? That's just ridiculous. And renders the deposit function of the app (the only reason I use it) useless.
Great credit union! People at the Kahala & Pearlridge branch are always helpful. The waiting period for a check to clear took forever (12 business days) & it was a little difficult accessing my funds since branch locations are a bit far from my residence & other affiliated banks charge ridiculous fees. That being said, I guess it's a plus for me since I'm compulsive at spending.. Mostly Hickam keeps my dad's legacy alive since he's worked & retired from Hickam Fleet Service for over 25 years🥰
I like it. It makes transferring money easy and im able to see how much I have without having to use my computer all the time.
app kick u out if options u have set up and yhe app also requires u too contact the bank to activate services such as check upload. i know that is not the apo designers fault, as tha app itself is pretty standard across the banks i use but it is about the app for this bank.
Changed to 1 star after most recent update. Non stop "not connected to network" bug. Please fix it. It's already painful enough to have to use this app.
Slow and clunky not nearly as good as it seems the competition has, but it works...most of the time.
Bad IT this app is a nightmare. Need to upgrade the user log in and need a better organized it's a mess when you log in
Most inefficient app and awkward design. Compared to other 7 banking apps that I have used, even 1 star out of 5 is too generous to offer this app.
Last update broke fingerprint login. I'm forced to keep putting in my password that is to long to remember. Fix it please!
mobile deposit module needs fixing. Customer service needs to call me to RESUBMIT checks all the time... asking me to write the date and other info on thr back of check (WHEN ITS ALREADY WRITTEN ON!!!)
Awesome Experience using this app very easy to navigate thru I didn't have any type of issues using it so far its good so great Job! .
Instant Balance is nice and now the fingerprint login is super helpful. Definitely better than when it first came out.

So far, the app is good. The last update did not allow me to use the app, but this update seems good so far.
Update broke the ap for me. Screen locks at the login screen and is unable to use at all.
Looks way better than the old one and up to date on mobile deposits.awesome!
One of the worst backing apps I have to use. In fact this credit union as a whole has gone downhill.

It does what I need it to do. A little delayed at times but has yet to fail me.
For the last 2 mobths I haven't been able to view the details of my accounts nor operate anything on the front page. None of my finger presses on the icons are being registered by the app. The only thing I can see is my account totals and nothing else. I have tried reinstalling twice. Edit: yeah, there is no excuse for zero access. Currently having a white screen before the login screen. After I finish my car loan I'm switching banks. Unless they fix their app within the next 6 months.
