How to use this app. How to find camera ?Move app near to any device that you have doubt. For example
- shower, flowerpot, lens looking part or changing room mirror.
This app analyse the magnetic activity around the device. If magnetic activity seems similar to that of camera, this app will beep and raise alarm for you so that you can further investigate.
You have to move app facing your sensor towards the object.To know sensor position of your phone, have any camera and move nearby top of your phone and bottom of your phone. When it beeps, you find the sensor position
Infrared camera detector
- This app has one more tool which is detect infrared lights.Just open the infrared detector and scan for white light that appear on screen but not visible by naked eye. Such white light indicate infrared light.It could be infrared camera. Your normal cam can also detect it but what we have is inbuilt feature with luminescence effect.

FAQ
My phone does not have magnetic sensor -This app analyse magnetic activity based on readings from magnetic sensor of your android device. If this sensor is not available, you can only use infrared detector feature. Other way is you can try on some other device having magnetic sensor.
App beeps near metal or electronics -This app is not designed to detect metals. Metals are good conduction for electricity so they have electromagnetism but it is very weak and app is designed to ignore it.But sometimes, some type of metals depending on their length, material, temperature may exhibit same magnetic activity as that of camera. In that case app may beep. If so please look for lens on the suspect.
What do I do if it beeps near metal -Check if there is any lens on suspect. If not, then you are secure. if you find lens, there should be hidden camera.
What is the use of this app, if I have to detect manuallyApp analyses magnetic activity and warn you if it find magnetic activity similar to camera.So if app beeps, please check for lens.App can not see if suspect is having lens on it but you can see and you can not see its magnetic/ electromagnetic activities but app can analyse ! App will help you many times and may also fail sometimes.there it needs your intervention.
Infrared detector is just a fancy green tool of normal camera. Normal camera can also detect infraredYou are semi -correct. Along with this, infrared detector have luminescence effect to glow white light. If you feel better with normal camera, go for it. We never claimed something false. But please give credit to the app if you never knew IR camera can be detected using digicam. And off course, its a quick open cam feature on one click.
App does not open Infrared camera detector. It shows not respondingPlease kill all other camera apps from running.Many times we click on middle button to exit app, then it is not closed, it runs in background and do not give this app access to camera.

Might be good, but how can one really know since you're bombarded with ads everytime you do anything at all. Sure you need ads to generate some revenue, but too much that it makes people go elsewhere doesn't really benefit you much either does it? Good luck. I don't keep aggressive apps like these. I can always find other apps to do the same.
Absloute tosh, pay pay pay, otherwise a normal camera with filters
The magnetic meter works the best of the two in app sensors. Well accurate to within 6 inches or less consistently. The IR detector works best if you know the general direction to face. Than you can start to patiently sweep and then spot a device for a visual I. D. Simple GUI and easy to follow directions. A well designed all around app. Thank you for a great program to anyone involved.
Went gold for my own purposes. Has exceeded my expectations so far. Raw X, Y, Z data invaluable as I document any incident and anomaly. The green luminescence for IR detection actually lessens the risk of watchers seeing you may be onto them. Green, red, and blue... harder for our eyes to detect, especially a distance. On base, we were only allowed to use lenses in R, G, B on flashlights while standing guard at night. Aรท app an worth the upgrade!!!
Pretty laughable to be honest. At first I was concerned when the app detected something at the front of my TV and a sound bar. But it will literally beep at any LCD display and even my radiator which plainly has no cameras attached to it. A dedicated device may be expensive but worth it.
So many promotions come, no result despite having camera.

Might be good, but how can one know since you are bombarded with ads everytime you do anything at all. In case you didn't know, more ads doesn't mean more revenue. Don't ask whether I like the apps or not. Can't even try it since you bombarded me with your ads. Not gonna keep this kind of aggressive apps. Good luck, I can always find other apps to do the same.
It works I tested the infared camera with a tv remote and it shows up but you can do the same thing with just regular camera app. However the color filters can help find them easier. But if the camera is not an infared camera then youre not gonna find it with this. Maybe with the magnetometer tool but that's very inconsistent.
It's working, I have tested by searching some electronic devices, I don't know how we need to search for cameras. I have opened my laptop Web cam but when I was searching with the app, it is not showing any message or giving any alert. But when searching for electronic device it is giving me alert message. But there are so many ads, that's really disturbing
The in app pop up video ads occur every single time you use a back arrow and are so loud that even though your finger is on the control ready to decrease the media volume- which starts out high regardless of where you have your volume settings- the noise wakes anyone in the house and the dog barks. Uninstalling now.
It keeps beeping when sensing to the magnetic/metal devices, such as hanger, socket. It such a worse and useful unworking app. Everywhere with magnetic devices with hole will beep. It can be use in a hotel for further checking, but the app was not reputable. Everywhere scanning will beep but don't have potential camera at real. Whats a confusing app.
Horrendous. Upon downloading, the app went crazy and I literally couldn't get it to stop beeping. I then closed everything in my phone but the app, as suggested by the developers, then restarted the app. Now it will will not detect my Actual security camera, bluetooth speakers (whether on and off), various magnets nor appliances, or anything else. I wanted to leave this comment immediately and will be deleting this app IMMEDIATELY.
I'm confused. I know as a fact there's a camera in my bedroom which was quickly covered when I told people. The free version just shows a scale up and down and number jumping up and down as I scan saying small device detected. No beep. No charts to say what the numbers mean.
Unbelievable!! We live out in the middle of nowhere, they have put a Neighborhood watch the together there. I thought just maybe I wasn't seeing what I was seeing but this app has been very helpful. so far I have removed 2 cameras from my vehicle and 1 listening device. Last night I found another to remove. Thanks so much!
Okay I've performed every experiment possible and this app is unreliable unfortunately. There are too many frequencies and no clear detection specifically and if I come close to my tin change holder, the app beeps all crazy. I put it up to an actual camera and nothing.,๐คฆ๐
No. I purchased the Gold version and it is not what I expected, nor what I wanted. If cameras can be put into something as small as a screw in a wall, then it would be an enormous task to scan everything in a room at 1" to 2" from the suspected camera. Literally EVERYTHING is suspect! It would take all day. My App also is supposed to detect infrared cameras, but it didn't work on mine. I have a handheld device that works great, but I forget to take it with me. That's why I thought it was a good idea for the phone app. Is there a way to get my money back?
It doesn't work with my equipment. The only function that my device supports it's the infrared detection. I've tried it in places where I'm sure of the presence of infrared light (my own cameras, for instance) and the app didn't show nothing.
Magnetometer mode is not working. Tested with wired and wifi cameras. Infrared cam detection works. But for that normal camera app is enough. There was no message which said magnetometer not working. My phone is working perfectly with metal detcector apps too
JUST OK APP... i saw the recent changes in app, you have mentioned 1. improved in magnetic calibration 2. some design changes ... what so some means?? then, u r litle tricky in app developing as u used existing magneto meter calibration from devices. but for sure it wont detect other than mobile cameras...
It works! I used this to detect cameras because I have moved into a new house and was superstitious, I held it up to radiative material such as metal and it beeped. I could not find a camera in the main areas I was of concern about (bathroom, bedroom) and I was impressed. 8/10 because of the ads.
I used this app and it detected a sound on a steel attached on the wall and on a bathroom gate steel...but in these places there dont seem any camera.. As there is no scope to be there... So why is this happening.... Its not making soind on all steels, but only 2 places... Why?.
