Hidden City:Mystery of Shadows

Game keeps starting in the wrong orientation. Three times just today, the game started in landscape mode but keeping the screen in portrait layout so I didn't see half of the game screen. Simply closing the game/clearing the RAM doesn't work to get the game to launch with the right orientation, I need to restart my phone. I have several others games which aren't a problem at all, like Gardenscape, so it has to come from this one

Becoming very disappointed with this game now. Enjoyed its variety and challenges before. Stopped for a while as seem to advance in quests was only via power ups won or bought. Returned to the game again recently and my opinon hasnt changed. In quests if you have 90% chance or another assistance great if not the quest is hard going and in the real world not obtainable . Will continue for the current quest but if it is still a hard slog to achieve minor tasks in a quest will delete.

Game can be glitchy at times. For example 2 seasons ago I missed the whole season because it wouldn't allow me to download the seasonal update so i couldn't open the game , then the whole next season I didn't have any of the clock sound effects until I did another Uninstall re install of the game. Game randomly closes out or freezes when loading a scene/room and looses contact with the servers and asks you to figure out where you left off. Still fun though.

I've now been waiting for almost a week after reporting a bug, complete with screen shots and a video demonstrating the bug. I'm stuck, can't progress further on investigation, and can't start a new one. It's been 5 days since generic request of how much space i have on device, to which i replied, but since then crickets. I've tried reaching out on social media, nothing. Clearly they don't care about player issues. It's ticket #2162569, take a look G5.

I really like this game but there are 2 things that really bug me. 1. I HATE the revolving rows on the Gemstone Vault! It is literally a pain in the behind and NO FUN! Please don't use it again. 2. Sometimes the articles I am looking for LITERALLY NOT VISIBLE on the board even when you zoom the screen as big as you can. Can you fix this? I am not asking that they jump right at you but to at least be able to see part of it so you can find it please. Thanks

The longer I play the more I hate G5 & their games. Their CS respond with stock asking for screen shots, for something that is gone?! Rude. Same issues over and over. Lost items and dropped gains. They know where it happens: in the mini games, when visiting friends, any scene change, especially for advertising. Every single update creates more glitches (in the same exact situations in all the games I've played) and they never completely fix the previous ones. No I absolutely do not recommend.

I love this game but I am fast losing patience with it. I work hard to collect the tokens to access the event game but on many occasions half way through playing the event game it crashes. When I re-enter I have lost my tokens!!! I have stopped paying for extra gems and tokens because it's money down the drain. I have seen notifications that this problem is supposed to be fixed but l'm not seeing any difference.

I gain rewards and levels but always seem to have to play the same levels over and over. I gain a new level and find I am now 1-2 levels back. Lose the rewards and energy and have to start over. This was supposed to be a way to relax but instead is very stressful.

Began playing within the week. So far all's perfect. No flaws or glitches. Super fun. I can play for hours. Really enjoy. Getting friends, completing quests, sending & receiving gift S from friends.. so far all's well And fun. No probs so far. Is recommended this game so far based on my experience playing a full week for hours everyday. I'm super picky about my games I play. If I run into any issues etc. I'll post if it doesn't imm. Remedy itself.

love this game only one that i stick with! the only problem is towards the end where it gets harder, it seems things are getting too small and blurry you can't tell what it is. Love love tis game tough look forward to the new story. Had to start over yet again, but am glad I do so much more has been added. I love the graphics so much fun to play.

I haven't played much yet, but it really says something when it opens up forcing me to use a magnifier to find an item that was staring me right in the face and I was trying to touch before it forced me to use an item that I later will have to pay for if I want more. Either give me the stuff for free or stop forcing me to waste it on stuff that a two year old could see!

Was a great game when I started it 6-7 years ago. In that time I have had to uninstall/reinstall it several times. The game lags extremely badly, when I try to clear the data/cache to restore it to a working state it says the data/cache is cleared but it does not actually do so and continues to cause issues. Also it takes FOREVER for downloads/updates to download. It seems to be just a waste of time & energy.

I'm so frustrated with this game! Why is it so expensive? This is such an awesome game however each time I log in I'm expected to pay for tools to play the game, and that is just too expensive! I understand no one likes annoying adverts to interrupt the game however I think strongly in this instance the developer of this game should have given players the option to watch an advert to gain free tools needed in the game. Or maybe another option could be to exchange coins for those tools

Fun game. Lots to do. Some of the collections require up to 40 combination ingredients, which I feel is excessive. If you close an ad it takes you to the play store anyway, which is highly annoying.

I like everything "except" your description of the game says "no timing"!!! I'm tired of having to pay for time even when it says "NO TIME". The rest of it is great! Please give me back the points I have to pay, about 40. Change that, 72 lightening bolts & one search 🔍.

I keep starting this app over and over hoping for different results. It works in slow motion and won't zoom in. The slow motion is so bad that I just stop the game. I had this game before and it was my favorite. Hate giving up my favorite game.

I love the scenes in this game, and that items get moved around each time you play. Graphics are beautiful! I love the mini-games! I do wish energy would regenerate a little quicker, but that's a minor thing.

Entertaining and intriguing. Always updating giving new challenges. Does need to have more ability to get assemblers though as lots of collections can't be completed. Also more boosters to be bought with coins rather than diamonds as cash tends to accumulate with not much to buy with it

I've been playing regularly for about a month, and really have no complaints. Not hard to earn more energy, tasks are fairly manageable. Relaxing game play. If I had to make one request, I'd want more ways to earn the red gems/crystals!

I hate guessing object name that will appear completely within time on Easter Veranda only on 1 minute. Not enough time!!! It will be easier to put the object like norml scene rather than we need to guess and wildly searching for them including search the sun bunny only 1 minute. Too expensive and too ridiculous. Would be 5☆ if you consider to add more time. Stupid developer. Consider to uninstall this game

Great game, beautiful graphics, well thought out plots. You may have to spend for rubies but it's worth it. The further you get into the game the more intriguing and better it gets.

This game is great, I love it and I've been playing it a while but recently It has been taking me to a black screen whenever I try to click on a goal or somewhere on the map. And it will also boot me back to my phone homescreen. I just recently went through all the upgraded in the game and then it does that. Please fix this. Because of this, it's unplayable and sadly I may have to uninstall if it doesn't work properly. Thank you.

This has been my favorite game for several years, until recently. Games crashes upon loading and once an event has been completed, I get bored waiting for a new one to be released. What happened to the abundance of adventures to do along side the events? It's starting to get boring and with the crashing issues, I am thinking about uninstalling and finding a new adventure game to play. I think you're releasing too many games to keep up on the support issues.

I've been playing this game for many years. It's one of my favorites recently though it crashes constantly or it won't even load for me to play and the timers to start looking for things start before your list of items to search for shows up. Some of the scenes are difficult enough without taking seconds off the clock!
