Hidden Eye - Intruder Selfie, Eye Catching
Hidden Eye allows you to easily see who has tried to unlock your device without your authorization.
Hidden Eye will ease your task of catching your friends and family while they try to access your phone. Hidden Eye will photograph the person when they try to unlock your phone with wrong PIN, Pattern or Password. You can catch the snoopers red handed using this app.
Android detects failed attempts ONLY if passcode has atleast 4 letters or points, so as Hidden Eye
This app may not work on all devices, you will need to just try it out and see if it works for your device.
How to uninstall?
If you want to uninstall the Hidden Eye, be sure to go to the Hidden Eye settings and select Uninstall. After clicking confirm to uninstall, the Device Administrator will be removed and the Hidden Eye will be uninstalled. If that doesn't work go to Android Settings, Security, Device Admins, and deactivate Hidden Eye before uninstalling.
This app uses the Device Administrator permission. We need this to detect failed unlock attempts.

I tested before adjusting any settings to my preference, and it does exactly what it starts it will do. It took my picture when i entered the wrong pin. I didn't need to activate each time before powering off my phone. It stays on until you want it off, verses other apps I needed to tell it when to turn on and most times I'd forget, so this is perfect. GOOD JOB DEVELOPERS !
It works fine as it says. And it works efficiently and Excellent. But one thing that I don't like is that Everytime someone enters the wrong password the camera shutter sound is played and in my opinion it kinda gives away the whole purpose of it. Please try to fix this. Thank you. Great app overall tho. Ooh and one more thing do you think it could work with fingerprint locks?
It Works. But does very little. Need deep understanding of your phone to remove the app. When it does snap a picture, it is saved in the phone's memory. That has limited worth. Better to save the picture to Google mail. "LOCKWATCH" is far better app that does everything right!
Well I am pleased with this app, it exceeded my expectations. Very easy to set up, it does everything it says it will do. The photos are much clearer than other similiar apps ive used, especially when there is low light. My other apps if low light you cannot make out intruder. All in all i am pleased!!!
Doesn't work at all. I set it to take a picture after one wrong attempt. Nothing happened. It has all of the permissions needed to function. Also the wording in the app itself makes no sense. Commas and certain words are in the wrong place or order. This makes finding the proper setting to use confusing.
Does what it says. I tested it after granting the appropriate permissions, tried to unlock my screen twice using the wrong pin and sure enough it took pictures of me. Whats cool is you can password protect the app itself as well. Hopefully i won't need to use this app but you never know.
The app is perfect does everything it claims it does,only problem is it definitely still makes the camera sound which sorta defeats the purpose. I even when threw all the settings still nothing found to stop it from making that sound...Other then that perfect app definitely 5 stars. I really hope yall can fix that problem in the future.
The app as claimed. It caught a few unauthorised access, whom I had suspected. However, there is no need for a confrontation as I frequently change the password. Enjoy seeing the disappointment on their faces!
Not at all impressed. It takes it's sweet time 'scanning' ur fn, but u have to subscribe for min. $.99/mo to "see the results".. yeah, sure. It might indeed work, but I'm not sticking around to find out. Uninstall for me.
I downloaded and opened it immediately after giving it permissions to the camera. I locked my phone, and tried to log in using the wrong password, and it showed an error message.3 times I got aggravated and thought it didn't work and was just about to delete the app, but then went back into the app to complain, and it opened up 3 unflattering pics of me looking perplexed and aggravated. I can't wait to show my bf that he DOES snoop in my cell. I'm not hiding anything, but just wanna make a pt
After installing this app I had my daughter try it out and WHOOOA it works, ACTUALLY works... Love that, I didn't really have a need for it as I don't have anything to hide from anyone but just using it as an extra thought of security in case my phone is lost or picked up by someone else. Great work.
I purchased the premium immediately after doing a test run of the free version. This is the 3rd app (maybe 4th) that I've ever given 5 stars to over a 8 year period on 10 different phones. If a app doesn't do at least one thing it claims to do its a auto 3 stars and I continue to deduct from there. Let's be honest, apps don't work as promised most of the time & developer's aren't always honest - it's life! THIS APP WORKS AND IF PEOPLE KNEW HOW WELL EVERYONE WOULD HAVE IT. I'd pay $50 easily.
Great App! You can even change the settings so your device snaps several photos, timed out apart as much as you would prefer AND whether the device password is correct or incorrect! So if someone gets a hold of your device and secrely knows your password, it will still snal a photo of the little liar who's pretending to be your friend!
Using this app, someone was able to hijack my phone and was trying to take contact information from my phone as well as it kept trying to access my pictures and when I wouldn't let it keep the window open, it would just instantly reopen and make it happen, it also was trying to imbed itself to my phone as it wasn't deleting when I tried uninstalling it, it would say it Uninstalled but then would still be present on my phone, I had to change all the prlermissions in order to delete it finally
This would be a good app BUT it seems if your phone is not on silent the intruder would be aware that a picture was taken via audible shutter sound. This really makes this app usless!!! They also tell you nothing about what you get or can do with a premium upgrade so wont be doing that for sure unless they tell you evenrything. If anyone knows anything different please let me know. Thanks
Needs better and longer photo abilities to be able to take better pictures in the night hours or in areas where there is less lightning. Even when there is too much lighting for the photo helps also.
When a wrong attempt occurs, it says "Click here to raise the camera" and if it isn't clicked in time, the shutter noise goes off and a blank black picture is taken. Complete waste if you want this app so it can take pictures.
With an app as simple as this, you would expect it to be bombarded with payment gimmicks and ads. But this ad cuts out all the trash and leaves only the necessities, and does exactly what its supposed to. Great customization also! 5/5 thanks guys
It gives you a notification when somebody tries to get into your phone. Lucky for me the only pic it has taken is my own. It does work and the pics are clear and no ads. It doesn't even use alot of space or battery. I love it I'm glad I've got it
I love this app. The one person I'd been suspecting to try and break into my phone did and I love that I knew about it. I just think that when the original owner of the device gets in a notification should silently appear saying that someone tried to get into the phone. That's all.
So far so good! Did a few tests (key pad fails) & bam! my pic was available in the app. I was however, expecting an email. Is that an option, email alter? In the paid version, perhaps? Still worked as expected, as stated.
Perfectly described! It does exactly what it the description says it will do, perfectly. For what it's designed to do, it has quite a few features to customize just about anything you need it to do.
It works really well except when it's dark... it can't take a clear picture and you end up looking at dark silhouette figure that looks like a shadow person without any features at all. Oh well...I love it regardless of that part but it can't use the flash and stay a secret either so yeah...it works like it's suppose to.
