What an absolutely amazing game! Simple, funny, fun, extremely detailed. A pure joy to spend hours looking for those folks!!
It's fun and challenging, completed all levels, would love a new chapter with new levels though :-D
The OG, before hidden through time. Bought on both ios and android to support developer. Super fun, great game!
Heyyy I love this game. This is my one of the favourite game. But new areas can be brought(space, village, mid. age, under water etc.) I hope you see this comment :)
This game really sucked me in in a way I haven't felt since I was a kid doing those old I Spy and Where's Waldo books. Many of the maps are gigantic, which helps keep the levels from being beaten too soon. The art is adorable and distinct enough to not have too much trouble finding people blending into crowds. Almost everything has a unique animation or sound when tapped. A lot of love went into this and it shows. My only regret was that it eventually ended. 5/5!
Wow! Pretty dang good! I don't really know what else to say. Ever think of doing a colored in version?
I love that the maps scale in size, and the voice work that went into all producing all the sounds. While most hidden object games are about finding things as fast as possible, this game really invites you to explore each map. In fact, you have to interact with them in order to solve them. Overall, a really delightful experience. Another shout out to the sound editing for continuing to make me smile.
Thank you for the extra levels!! --- This is the first hidden object game I downloaded (after discovering how much fun they are playing the scavenger hunts in Two Dots) and I was not disappointed! The level of detail in each scene is amazing and endlessly entertaining. I was so disappointed when I finished it all that I bought the bonus scenes. Kudos to the creator, this is one brilliant game that I recommend to everyone that likes challenging hidden object games, this is one of the best!
Not as much fun as I hoped it would be. Although you can zoom on the game area where you are trying to find the hidden people and objects, you can't zoom on the pictures showing you what to look for. I've done a lot of random tapping as a result and have often wound up "finding" things completely accidentally. The sound effects are cute and nice sense of humour though.
Very challenging. Awesome sound effects. Fun interactions. Great for kids and adults. Trying to figure out the clues and find the folk/object is quite difficult actually which is what makes this game fun. It's not like any other hidden picture games out there. Highly recommend if you want hours of gameplay and a good brain workout!!!
Exceptional! I absolutely loved this game. Its is a super simple concept but gets gradually more challenging, it's also really funny, game play is smooth, it really makes you smile, the sound effects are brilliant, and although the design looks super simple it's also incredibly detailed. They have really thought a lot about the player, this game is exactly what every game should be - easy to start playing, challenging to win, and it brings so much joy. Thank you!
Definitely one of the most chill, entertaining and engrossing games that I have bought on the play store, this game is a true gem that I could recommend to just about anyone. If there was one thing that I would add to this game is the ability to completely clear a level and then get more objectives, as there is so much to see in every level. I would eagerly go back on the same lap just to look for different folk! Otherwise a completely perfect game!
This has got to be one of the best games I've played. My taste runs to Rusty Lake, Monument Valley and The Room games. This is like a Where's Waldo except the characters and items are almost identical to the hundreds around them, and the scenes are visually delightful, quirky and busy, the clues are fun, and so is the hunt. They get more elaborate and impressive as you go. I opted for sounds off, but they are pretty charming. All person-made I think. I will definitely pay for a Hidden Folks 2.
Such a fun game! The hints about where to find each object or folk are descriptive enough that you can usually find them within a couple of minutes once you learn the map of each level. There were some objects on each map that were difficult but overall it was a stimulating, fun game. Wish I could play again!
Very fun hidden object game with great art and sound work. It's fun and challenging. It has s-pen support which is great as well. My only complaint is that some things don't feel consistent or you don't know which objects can be interacted with. Some pictures something does something and in the next that same item does nothing. Would love to see DLC or a second game.
I love this game. It's a joy to spend time in these delightful little worlds. Well worth the price of admission and I truly appreciate that it isn't constantly begging for more money in order to properly play it, just an additional, small price for more levels if you want them. My only criticism is not being able to lock the screen which makes it so much harder to open doors etc. More levels please.
Disappointed by the cost. I usually don't pay for games, but based on the ratings I thought this might be worth it. I love hidden picture games. So I paid $4.99 and was enjoying the game.... Until I got to the beach scene (~level 5). To move on, I would have to pay another $1.99. So, my purchase only lasted me about a week. I don't feel that was worth it.
It's a digital where's waldo with human noises as sound effects. Fun if you like that kind of thing. It's annoying to play on a smartphone IMO because of the small screen real estate (lots of scrolling in bigger areas) and most of the gameplay consists of tapping on grass, trees, etc. to uncover deliberately hidden things. I prefer just using my eyes to find things and not having to tap the screen incessantly. The sound effects ARE fun though.
This is by far one of my most favorite hidden object games of all time!!!! All I play is hidden object games and although there are so so many choices most of them aren't worth downloading at all. Usually when I do find one I love a lot 99.9% of the time it only has a few levels or you have to have "ENERGY" to play. I have yet to run out of levels or been told I don't have enough coins, energy, etc to play any level here. Somebody put a lot of time into this amazing perfect b&w game and I <3 it!
Really liked this game. Cute little animations, difficult but not overly so. Sometimes you get lucky spotting the thing or person you're looking for, sometimes you have to figure it out from the clues. If you play things like Rusty Lake and other games like that, this game is totally worth the money for the full version.
Lovely game. I'm playing this mainly on a Asus C434 Flip Chromebook. So long as I start the game with the machine in tablet mode it works just fine. Switching machine modes while the game is running causes all sorts of issues such as upside down screens and not being able to shut down the game. If I start the game in 'laptop' mode it works fine so long as I use the touch screen (and don't change mode). It doesn't work very well with the touchpad or a mouse. Can live with these issues :-)
It's app had become one of my favorite past times. I love how interactive each level is and the clues for the objects are simple it also makes you think. I was worried about the number of levels but with everything going on in each one I'm not worried about finishing the game to fast.
Could be interesting game if someone bothered to test it. Idea was really good. But someone decided to go easy and made ridiculously large map like the desert one and ask you to find a worm which is literally a few pixels line. You cannot pinch/shrink the map so to navigate from one end to another takes around 7-10 full swipes and takes the whole fun away...
creative, challenging, and fun! I enjoyed this game so much! It was well worth the few bucks. It was the perfect way to decompress on my week off. The creators clearly put a lot of thought into the different maps and the clues. Some of them were pretty challenging but not so much so that it was frustrating. I hope they develop more areas to search in the future!
My most favorite game and I am hooked! The sound effects are so fun, graphics are cute and the difficulty is just nice. Not too easy and not so difficult either. I am completing all the levels soon. But I really hope more levels added or another game with similar concept will be released with more levels.
Loved, loved, loved it! Hard to find good hidden object games where it's not really dumbed down and boring. I loved that it was monochromatic, too, since it made it that much harder. Loved all the sounds and actions you could make the game do. Loved that it wasn't the same objects over and over and made super obvious, like most hidden object games. Hate that I'm finished! Fabulous job, guys!!! MORE, MORE MORE!!!!! PS...I already purchased the addition and finished. Get to work making more!
This is a super cute game! All the sounds from poking around are really satisfying and entertaining. I like that it has a 'color mode' that tints the screen so your eyes don't get seared by staring at a white bg. It's a given that for this type of game, bigger screens like tablets work better but the zoom in feature is excellent on phones. So much love was put into this game and it really shows. Excellent for cool down time before bed
I loved this app! Bit like an intricate Where's Wally with logic riddles to work out where the Hidden Folks are... Made me laugh and nearly cry with frustration haha. It's also a good sensory therapy as lots to click throughout the levels. My only issue is that there aren't enough levels!! Thank you to the developers, I thoroughly enjoyed playing this!
Charming hand-drawn graphics with interactive elements and a smattering of puzzles, some of them surprisingly tricky, make this the most engaging hidden object game I've played. Each hidden object has a description that can point you in the right direction, but that doesn't mean this is easy! I just wish there were more levels! P.S. The only similar hidden object game I've found so far is Two Dots. It's mainly a matching game, but it has regular hidden object events.
Really enjoyed this game! Played for hours straight when I was recovering from covid. Love the different light settings because sometimes my headaches would make me light sensitive. The sound effects are great too! Best hidden object game I've played since Where's Waldo as a my kid.
