What happened I was on 456 game put my iPad down then came back switched back on then suddenly I was back to the beginning, it's happened to me before it's very frustrating, I love playing this game keep it up but try to sort out the game x
love the game and dosn't have silly side games or mantions to build etc . However the ADs are very annoying as they last around 30 seconds and are after almost all games , alot more than any other game I play.
why do you keep taking away my progress? this is the 3rd time I have been taken from a 200+ level. starting to be a bummer.also would like to add that whenever I receive a sponsor gift of 5 emeralds they are never added to my balance
it won't let me share to facebook. why not??? Can someone please fix this for me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that will fix the problem but again still won't share to facebook.
Please finish the game. Level of 22 is not done. And i tried to play again, start from beginning, and 4th game into lev.1 and i dont know what im supposed to be looking for. Takes my life but theres no direction.
I know I can think better than l can talk. I LOVE THIS GAME. I'm not move forward like the other times. I'm just going from 9 to 5 5 to 9 not fun anymore.
I love game but was having trouble so I uninstalled and it took forever to reinstall now I have to start back at beginning

Unless the I use gems/money to buy hint help, I can't do puzzles fast enough. I don't have a Facebook account nor do I want 1 but this game & others in this series give me bonus things if I use Facebook. No option is given if players like me who don't have a Facebook account. In this game, I couldn't retry a level unless I did something involving Facebook. Other games in this series are more fun
Would have given it full marks as the game itself is great, and often challenging. But.... I save up my free emeralds so if I need to use them to move on to the next voyage, I can. However, on many occassions I have gone in to the game to find the number of emeralds has decreased by half or sometimes more !!! I havent used them to unlock episodes !! When I have questioned this with the support team I either get a link which is of no help at all or, no reply. I'm glad I don't waste my money on purchasing them for them to be taken away. I think I am owed over 100 emeralds
I like the game. I really like the puzzles and the ones where you swap the pieces. What I don't like is when I play on my tablet and it's not giving me my free emeralds and it's doesn't have the free game.
Love this game with different challenge. Hate that I don't receive the emeralds after videos.still not receiving emeralds.
Main issue is that I don't receive the rewards from the sponsors. I'm down like 50 plus gems.
I like the game but won't give 5 starts because can not contact customer support. When I tried because I have an issue got redirected to Facebook page that said was expired. I don't mind having a game with ads. But I do mind when it tells you after watching a 30 second add that you will get 5 gems but you don't get them. I do get the powerups when it shows them after an add.
The pictures aren't showing up I can't find anything cause I can't see anything just big red squares and rectangles fix it now please...
Great game really good graphics, would have been a five star except for the downloading of each level taking so long. It seems to take forever to download the next level. Other than that the game is great so far, but I am only on level two so far because of waiting around for the level to download.
This game has never downloaded completly never not one time did i play awhole voyage without sum kind of downloading problem, again i reinstalled the game same mf problem
Brilliant game till it disappears and when it's reinstalled goes back too level one when I was on a level over 900
When an object is tapped sometimes it won't except it and if you tap to much you get penalized for 5 seconds.
Can't wait for new levels love love love this game, keeps my mind active. Thank you
Really love this game but it's not giving me my emeralds! Every time it says that I win 5 more, my total amount never changes. I've had 32 emeralds for a while now. :/
I already on level 191 and got 2 star but it just not come out on the result, i still failed the level....it making me crazy, no matter how many times i try and got the star i still failed, please fix, coz i can move to level 192
Love the different puzzles,but I have had to start from chapter 11 back to chapter 1 several times and I never receive the rewards for watching the repeated videos.Why are there ads after Every level and still no rewards? Started me over once again..from the beginning!!!
