HiddenCall - hide your Number
With HiddenCall there is no long lasting or complicated searching for settings anymore!The system defaults are not changed by the Widget but every call will have a prefix added to it so it reflects your latest choice for number submission.
PLEASE change the code for hiding the caller ID in the settings menu if necessary!On Verizon network the block code is *67 and the transmitting code is *82.HiddenCall does not work on dual-sim Smartphones!HiddenCall does not work with Google Voice!

!!!ATTENTION!!!This app is NO SPYWARE although it requires extensive permsions. In case of doubts you may request the source code for checking it yourself. The Internet permission will only be used in the free version for the advertisement.
Required permissions:
- FULL INTERNET ACCESS -> there are few advertisements in the Admin-UI
- INTERCEPT OUTGOING CALLS -> Hiding your caller ID works by adding a prefix to the dialed number
- DIRECTLY CALL NUMBERS -> Due to a bug in many HTC devices this permission is required to abort and re-issue a calls. In case this happens you will be notified.
- READ AND WRITE CONTACT DATA -> After your call has finised the dialed prefix is removed from the list of recent calls
- READ PHONE STATE AND IDENTITY -> After your call has finished the dialed prefix is removed from the list of recent calls
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED -> restart of HiddenCall after the Smartphone rebooted

Doesn't work anymore for my Samsung s10. It used to work before but with the latest update it stopped working.
Claims if cannot work unless widget on the home screen. It was on the home screen.

Perfect! You can set it even if you just want to hide your number for the next calling and then set it back to normal again! And it's WORKING on dual sim phone! (Xiaomi Redmi 1S but I use it only with one sim).
Does not work, says your number is blocked but people will call you back, not possible if the number actually was blocked. This is for the paid version.
Changes call forwarding without any input from me. I do not enter *73 in any field and yet when this is installed the status changes and my call are forwarded to the ether.
Unfortunately, the app forces its notification on the top bar permanently and does not obey its own settings! Otherwise, perfect on my Galaxy Note 4 and S4! No other works so flawlessly, easily and correctly. And it includes a single touch widget! Excellent.
Guys come up with something half decent. Waste of time. Don't download it.
This widget is indispensable for me and is always among the first apps I install on any new phone.
Doesnt work.says cant complete with number as dialed.no directionsso dont know if any steps im missing.not worth the aggravation.
Worked great when first downloaded. But after a few hours I was unable to call anyone and messed my phone up. Had to uninstall and clear cache for my phone to work again.
I could not get it to work. When I didn't move it to home screen it did not work still.
The toggle widget is simple and works perfectly. It's one of the first app I have installed on one of my last three phones
It does exactly what I need it for - no more and no less. Very simple! Up to now I've always had to do the necessary changes via the settings.
Works very intuitively and flawless! I use it since many years, never failed on me. Love the option to only show your number to your contacts and block your number to others. (possibly this only works with the unlock key)
With the widget (and after going through settings) it is very easy...and works! Would like to see the ability to display a text instead of "Private number."

I can't dial my numbers anymore after I even uninstalled this stupid app.

Installed for several years, 2 phones later still works great on my S9. I use it as a simple toggle to hide my number, for this it's been perfect. Thanks Dev, I'd be happy to support the app however the upgrade function lands me on a "Try again" error.
