The camera is blurry all the time, i tried moving back and forth as on the instruction, but it's still blurry. Not a very good app.
1st time in my life using scanner that is soooooooooooo hard.. after asks so much of permissions, the screen keeps blurry for so long. So not useful. I'm uninstalling it
Camera focus extremely blurred. Useless. Should make it possible to use pic to scan since your cam app is lousy. And, after all, you want photo permission.
The text overlapped on the boxes that I cannot enter the last two digits rendering it useless and it's always the se problem. You should just let us input the whole digits at once its all the same or you should just provide an online service for scanning instead of giving as an app that doesn't live up to its "supposed" service.
Can't scan, the camera is super blurry. Waste of time
I cannot scan for authenticity as it said no signal from GPS.. HEOL THIS IS NOT NAVIGATION APPS LULS. PADIAAA
After writting the first 2 digits of numbers of some by mi product there ia no way of typing the last 2 digits. So the app is of no use for me.
I seriously never had so many problems with scanning before, this app is just... cannot be used. It keeps getting out of focus, all blurry, even with or without flashlight. I tried so hard to move back and forth and everything, but this app keeps getting out of focus, blurry, and just cannot scan anything at all (I tried on 4 same products, at least 1 of them is 100% authentic) but still, since the camera keeps getting out of focus, it cannot scan anything. Totally waste of time. Uninstalled.
Stupid apps. Cannot focus on any labels. Tried on different products, even the one that I confirm the authenticity as I bought from physical official store. Spent almost 30 mins just to scan the barcodes but everytime failed! And a black box keep popping up. The worst. Im deleting this. And all the bad reviews/comments you get about this problem, all you can reply is to send you email? Maybe if you fix this problem from long time ago, we wouldnt have to do this.
App version 06.00.00 on Samsung S22+ camera very blurry and don't focus no matter how hard I try.

Only used once successfully. Went on to scan second product and app kept asking about network connection. I'm on WiFi and every other app works fine accessing the Internet except this one. No changes were made to the phone after scanning the first item and going on to the second item. Do you have an alternative way we can verify products? Maybe a live chat where I send you a pic of the hologram and we confirm the code?
the tag ia in prefect condition, no damages. lighting is fine and clear, and i've tried moving back and forth many times and the scanner still cannot focus on the product!! while normal camera can easily focus on close-up object. can't scan anything because the scanner always focus on far objects
Blurry on an android version for some reason. Can't scan anything. But worked when downloaded on ipad. But I downloaded another version maybe older? of the app that worked. This current version on apple store also didn't get good reviews.
Can't get it to focus no matter how hard I try.
Using Huawei P30 with the latest OS. Tried to install again after some months ago can't detect anything. And after re-install still the same, useless application. Can't detect any barcode / QR. Always said try to move back and forth the camera. Terrible application. Not works. Disappointed.
Bad experience ever. I was steady, direct-screen level with the code + good lighting, but still couldn't read. Tried repeatedly like 20 times on everything (product codes), nothing but vain. It's frustrating.
Can't give any result of scanning, even when the camera is good. Focus and clear. Also, the Tag is in perfect condition. What a waste. Uninstall Immediately!!
Do Not Download This App!! Totally can't work even I have tried with many products. Despite I have scanned on the barcode very clearly, it is always unable to detect. Very disappointed and wasting time
Don't waste your time unless you have rock steady hands. It doesnt focus properly on any barcode in my possession. Think its just too sensitive to movement cos flickers between white and red on the focusing just from me breathing.
None of my products(bought from Hermo Malaysia) have a HiddenTag code. Camera was too blurry no matter how I positioned it. How can thry have problem with such a basic function? Very cluttered UI that does not inspire confidence when it proceeds to ask for permission to everything. App actually has good reasoning for asking for some of those permissions(to catch counterfeiters) but did not explain itself I also saw the app try to change my System Settings while it was supposed to be inactive
Just loading over and over again. No response at all when first opened this app. Such a waste of time. My phone is samsung s8+ Try on another phone with good internet connection, but the app keep telling to check network. Such a shame.
the camera is extremely blur, can not focus, eventhough the barcode and etc is clean and clear. it's happen not just this time, i've downloaded it a long ago, but this problem doesn't fixed yet until now.
