It says something about updating and restarting for new version... nothing is happening and I have sensitive documents and pictures I am trying to access. I have lost sensitive information due to trusting this app. Same thing with video locker! It's been a very long time now it's not working. EVERYONE OUT THERE! DON'T TRUST THIS DEVELOPER! Very shady business if you guys are messing with people's personal stuff. Just read the other reviews, they say the same thing.
The app is not good for keeping an important documents/pictures. The next thing you'll see is please restart device for new version, when you restart nothing will happen. I've lost everything I kept in it, which I can't retrieve anymore, and it's very 😖
Ridiculous number of ads just makes accessing the files unbearable. This alone has made me stop using the app. Additionally, sharing photo via file explorer into this does not work. You have to open the app and add only through that, which is again an inconvenience.
Lowering the rating because the ads have gotten even more intrusive. It more takes several minutes to access documents/photos because of ads that can't be dismissed. I'm looking elsewhere for an app.
I changed my phone and reinstalled the app on the new phone. But now the app doesn't access the previously saved files. Anything I can do to fix the problem or unhide the files manually? The app is not accepting my password and the prompt says password has been sent to the recovery email, however I haven't received any mail as of now. Can you please at least send me the password?
Keeps saying 0 photos have been imported no matter if i try to import 1 or multiple. I just don't have time to mess with an app that has these issues. It is frustrating and there are too many locker apps out there for anyone to have to deal with an app that clearly needs some work. Sorry guys!
I used to enjoy this app a lot but the ads have become unbearable. There's an ad as soon as you open the app. Then an add after you put your pass code in. Then an ad after you select a folder. The app will boot you out after the ad so you have to enter your pin again. Then 4 more ads to get to a picture.
The app is not opening it's showing "please restart your device for New version" I have tried doing it multiple times but still not working. And it's also showing "sorry photo locker cannot be launched due to a missing file". Can't trust this app any more I have lost my photos because of this app
I've had this app for a long time. I like it. Recently, the ads have become overwhelming and I can't even get to my files now because every screen touch triggers an ad. Deleted it and went to a different app.
Hi, I saved some important photos with your application and since past 5 days I have been trying to open the app with correct pasdword, yet it shows me the password is wrong and asks me to send it to recovery email I tried sending the email, it shows that the email was send successfully but when I go and check all my email boxes, it never shows any email regarding your application. I also emailed on your support id 3 days ago and yet no reply...
This used to be the perfect app for photos but now unfortunately I have to fight getting through all the adds just to see a picture. I understand a company needs revenue but these adds are too much and too frequent. EDIT: DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU INTO PICTURES AT ALL NOW. THEY JUST REDIRECT YOU TO ADD WHEN YOU CLICK ONTO A PICTURE. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!
DON'T get yourself stuck on this. It's so slow! Almost every action (hiding, unhiding, moving and etc.) Can take more than 60 seconds to occur, and all tgis time you can't do anything but stare at a Loading Bar that doesn't work. Not worth it at all
I just factory reset my phone and now I'm getting a couldn't start file missing error. I thought I did something wrong so I reinstalled it and try without luck and then uninstalled it restarted the phone and reinstalled it but still getting the error. I believe since others are experiencing the same issue, it's probably a software bug.
So very disappointed. Moved a lot of photos to this app. However , when I went to open the app it says incorrect password. After several attempts it says sending PIN to recovery email .. but I never get an email. Do not dwnld this app!
It's great but my only complain is that u can't share an entire folder through Bluetooth and whatnot. Sure u can unhide it but Everytime I want to unhide something, it defaults to my camera folder and not what I last set it to.
App is good but if one forgot the password, it can never be recovered. I forgot the password and evey time I enter wrong password it shows popup that an email with password has been send to recovery email but in vain. I never received any mail from this app however email shown on popup was right. Waste app......loose all the data after forget password....no manuel option to reset password
Doesn't allow photos to be imported when selecting and "sharing to" app from OUTside the app. I used to be able to do this. Now it says " 0 of 0 photos imported" unless I go inside the app first but more time consuming. If you'd fix I'd 5 star it.
the app is awesome but I had to purchase the pro app 3 times which I did that for the lifetime one. seems that once they do an update they find away to charge u again like if u didn't pay already for the lifetime one. I would had give it 5 but I feel that I got screwed twice out of the 3 times I bought the lifetime supposedly app
Best app for some privacy pic to hide from folder. You can set password and can lock into folder. Only this app i found can lock into folder style that never reveal what kind of pic when u simply open them. Thanks for the great job..
If they arent going to update anything they need to delete the appand send everyone their pictures that are now nonexistent. This app is BS and should be taken down immediately. Had some very good photos that i will no longer be able to view because of their negligence.
Lost everything.. suddenly... root folder was there and app was also installed.... everything was perfectly working... but suddenly application started working abnormally and then everything was lost... worst app ever, i will never recommend it to anybody....
This app is not working! It says you have to restart your phone to update it, but then it still doesn't work. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled. Where are all my pictures then? Does the developer have them? This is shady. You need to respond to these complaints and FIX THIS ISSUE!!!
I installed the application on my phone few years back on my old phone (samsung galaxy ace or samsung galaxy Y), and now i have the encrypted files in my laptop of the old memorable pictures.... i copied in the phone and tried to open it but was unable to see it in the directort of the app. Please help me out... in a hurry.
Apps not opening again with message "Launch error", "Please restart device for new version". Restarting has been done severally! I am afraid of losing my photos in the locker. What's the way out please?
You guys dont respond to emails, I change phone but copied the whole file to my new phone and now it wont accept my new pass even though keyed in the same I use all the time in the past, bythe way I use the old app before you guys changed to the new one! PLEASE HELP I still have the file on my phone.
it looked nice initially, very handy and easy to use. took for granted and didn't aware the risk. Been using it for many years until recently, the app not functioning, have tried many ways but couldn't get my photos back. Lost all my photos inside. Advice: do not use this app to keep your valuable photo. You can put Rubbish inside which you won't regret if you lose it!!
