Nice functionality for sure, covered with some usability bugs though. Don't expect that speichern (save) always means to actually store a scanned document to file. It also means approve modifications for cropping weakly sized scans. Best bug though: Someone had the idea to suggest the file name by the current day and minute, which sounds like a good idea. But guess what happens when you do a second scan in the very same minute? That genius did not check for name collisions.

Negative: - closes pdf documents automatically after a certain amount of time. Better to open pdfs in a different app, - no bookmarks. Positive: + encryption works easy and great, + on desktop files stored in the encrypted folder are opening themselves quickly (i.e. software, or pics) Edit: Thank you a lot for your kind response!

Please fix the app. The time i need it the most, it would have silently reset in the background and asks to re-enter my credentials, thus making the app totally useless on my phone since i don't carry my credentials everywhere. I expect that once logged in, it should stay so till i manually revoke my login.

If you are not able to login or reset password is because your account is being deleted. They have sent us just one email to us and there are 70% of chances that we miss emails like these and there was no announcement on app or website they simply just sent single email that they will delete my account because it's free. Guys never store your data or use cloud storage like these. I have stored all my data from 2011 and all gone. I am not wealthy otherwise i could have filed a lawsuit.

Very nice app, works without problems. In addition to that, Strato and HiDrive is probably the best choice if you care about the privacy and security of your data.

My original feedback was this "The user configuration on strato hidrive server could be better, but the app works fine" Now I need to change if, the server user configuration improved, but the apps for Android and Windows get processingly worse.

Slow, crashing, loading. That sums it up PS: just figured out there is a quick, smooth app by Ionos running Hidrive data too. Glad I found it, too bad your app falls behind that far

Doesn't work on Android. Has major problems with big files. So no device backup possible. Crashes at 30%. Currently useless. Informed their tech support. Bug fix promised for December. I can only hope they mean December 2019....

Hi sir, we are unable to access my account. Can please check and respond that what is the issue. It's a good platform to save the data . Following error are reflected ..Error ( Unknown access data. Please check your entries ). Plz resolve the issue.

Why do you take the negative posts down? Buyer beware! This app updates, then locks you out with the correct password. They send a link to your email when you registered, but if you forgot your email password you're SOL.

Sometine ago,i faced login issue even after password reset but now i have backup all my data. You just need to send them a mail for it so they can assist you on this...

love hidrive. compatible with alot of file managers and the webdav feature is also very convenient. like alot better than goole drive.

Doesn't work for me. Ask me to sign up for free account and they ask for a security code [there's no prompt on screen] that I've never been given. I tried, assuming it wanted me to make one but it says 'Not Found'. So a product you cant use as you need a code that they don't give? Hmm. Old version? I downloaded from here the day wrote this review! How quick do they get old?

Seriously, 2 EUR per month for backups of your device? The amount of cost for additional protocols is just ridiculous. I think I'm going to cancel my subscription.

Why I am unable to access my account? Did you deleted my account without letting me know about it? It's illegal because you can't delete someone's account without letting them, I want my data back so solve my problem. After I get my data from your app than you are free to delete my account. Guys don't install these types of storage app.

sir, i have posted a review regarding the problems that i have faced recently .whenever i try to login my hidrive account by fiilling the username and password ,it shows unknown access data . I am very much disappointed with this problem. I got a reply back from the strato AG to contact a phone number ,but i am unable to contact that.Isn't there any other way to solve my problem.Please consider my case . with regards. rashmi.

Can not switch between accounts. Does what it needs to do on the one account it's registered with.

Why I am unable to access my account? Did you deleted my account without letting me know about it? I have my important data there. You can't delete any account without letting users. I want my data back than you are free to delete my account..but first I want my data from you app. Otherwise I will complaint against you.

I use it to cloudsync from my synology nas. Great and simple usage 👌
