Don't know own if it's the app or dvr. Cannot log on 99% of the time.

No change from portrait to landscape. Every time you have to choose camera to view. The whole app is a shame. Is there any other app that works with this DVR?

user friendly, fast and easy cloud access
It doesn't work on too many devices. The app will fail on start and there is no fix. If it works it's nice.
