Hifocus HD

No problem with the application. I am happy with it. Only issue is, it is repeatedly asking me to update the application or to give feed back...... . Actually, my application is very much updated. At the time of opening the application, everytime, I get the message popped up. Please sort it out.

Live playback issue! Please instantly release a bug fix version. This application totally fails on android 10. Pathetic video live feed streaming. Playback and voice listening doesn't even occur. Your competitors comes up with better devices & support. Time to learn Hi-Focus.

For past 1 week this application is crashing like anything. Just for few seconds I am able to check and then hangs again restart and then few seconds it functions and then hangs. I had to force close the application. Pathetic these guys don't have courtesy to provide solution.

In app features are lagging to much. The video playback is not constant, it just shows this app is not responding do u wamt to close it? Again and again. Got irritated with this app. Plse provide an update so that it can work smoothly.

I installed Hifocus HD live for play store, older version is works fine, but now a days it won't work properly, so I uninstalled and reinstall the app from playstore, but now the app is totally hang and not working, its working fine only in local network. Please fix this bug as soon as possible and update the app, I'm the HIFOCUS user, I suggest lot of people to put Hifocus for this issue I can't suggest the HIFOCUS device, so kindly fix the bug, otherwise we have to change the device

App is not working for last 10-15 days and it always shows that you need to update but on playstore, there is no new version available. Even after complaining on email after so many times, i didnt receive any kind of solution.

App is asking for update to new version but Unable to find the update. And the app also use to hang after 1 minutes, 30 seconds. Facing trouble while connecting to the cameras. "Very disappointed" :(

Hello developers, please help me out. This app stops responding after every 3-4 months. And I reinstall it each time but this time it is prompting me to update the app. Whereas I don't find any update through play store. I'm in a fix, any way out?

Not able to view the camera option through mobile phone. Old version is fantastic compared to a new one. Worst updation. Mailed customer support also. But no support from them.

I lost my money buying this device. This application do not work properly. It is not working in my mobile with Andoid 10 version and theire softwear in windows of PC. Each time when open the App in mobile it prompt warning message please update the new version even after reinstalling from Playstore.

Its the poorest app i have ever se en. Whenever i open it , it will ask for update version but will not do it when i try to click on update. And the worst part is it will work and record things untill no humans or living being crossed. If someone crosses it will stuck . Not sure wht to do.

It is showing to update the new version of software. It is running slowly. More times it is not supported and working stopped. So give guidance and updation

Show the live camera for few seconds & app stop working. Now found a solution. The 1.3.1 version runs in Windows PC with NOX player. Hope the developer rolls back to 1.3.1 version from 1.3.9 to run on Android.

totally disagree your upgraded version app display list of connection with green notification. when i press play button it doesn't go further step totally disappointment. remove latest version and give existing version

Not working properly, asks for an update but i don't find any updates. And doesn't connect to server. Always shows connecting server or device offline.

This app is totally useless now. It shows to update to latest version but cannot see any updates in google play. This appcrashes when i click on any camera's view. Realtime view is not avaiable now. Also if i need to playback a particular time period's video with this app i need to watch it from previous hour itself. Eg: if i need to watch video of 1.42pm i need to watch the full video frim 1pm-1.42pm. Testing patience.

It is not working on my phone So please suggest me what can I do to work it. I want to tell you that as updated my phone to android 9 since then it is not working but before that it was working very good. So please give me a suggestion to go through and I will give the ratings 5 star to this app

The app freezes after opening. Shows to update but Google Play does not have any update. Not able to view any options in the menu

Before Update HIFOCUS HD is working Good but After update of HIFOCUS HD is not working properly, Automatically stopped and Hang the device .... HIFOCUS is not Responding. Before Update rating 5 star... But now i am not able to give Rating Alternative app is Having or Not.

Why Hifocus Hd mobile app not works properly. A few second live view of camera shows then hangs and restart again. Other cctv camera app function smothly. But the money I waste for buy the waste brand. I never refer anyone to buy this waste brand cctv and not face the problem I face now.

It is Not useful as such because of its non working if it works that only a few seconds and after that prompt message appears for updating new version always then we have to close it Very disappointed

This app is not useful.... It's is not working properly when ever i try to open this app it will get stuck and it will close the app because of this app my phone is getting stuck..... As well as cameras are not working properly there are so many problems in this app and in cameras

Remotely not at all working. Earlier this system was working but now not at all working. Just after opening the application, the phone gets hung up. Totally unhappy

App not working just a second connected then device offline .Tried reinstalling again not working. Atleast provide alternate app for the camera now the camera is useless . Just a showcase.
