High 5 use to be my favorite to play and was a '5' until these "new games" they changed it to. The games are hard to see and terrible looking and you can't even understand what's happening. I personally only play the old ones. I also see they've really tightened them up so you hardly even win a decent amount or get free spins

I previously gave you 5 stars, but with your new vault platform making me unable to play certain games or be included in quest I have lowered the rating. If you are playing on an android phone or tablet, you may not want this app.

Tried playing "Hotline" for the first time. Place my bet and spin and get a connection lost message nearly every time before the spin completes, but no problems in taking my coins away. Your slots are so fixed it's laughable. To lose 10.- 20 spins in a row is expected. They'll let you win a little then take it back with an extended losing streak. I know you need to make money but give us some play time. Loosen up your slots A little. You can afford it.

I have been an user for over 7 years. Since the update I cannot access. It freezes on the front page after loading. I've sent numerous messages and emails. My software and apps are up to date. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 5x and still the same problem. I have a top of the range Samsung S10+ and have never had problems before. So disappointed as I'm working towards level 500 and now I can't play anymore 😕

This game is bad, very bad. So first the positives, the controls and the graphics were good. Now the negatives, the payouts are some of, if the not the worst in online slot apps. There are very few if any bonuses given and even when you get the bonus don't expect a good payout. After you lose your money, and you will lose it, dont bother waiting for the free bonus cash because it equals about 1 or 2 spins, for example after 3 hrs it dropped ~$300....WOW. The free coins were cut in half recently and after reaching out with questions as to why (and getting no answer), I've decided to uninstall the game! The company treats this game as if it were real bucks we are playing and it's just no longer fun! They just want you to purchase coins and then lose, lose, lose so you will purchase more.

I used to love it. Ur game continously stops actively sending and receiving data. This results in never ending losses while spinning. It will then randomly re-establish connection for less than a minute and provide me with late notifications and ingame messages. Regardless if I a fast connection, strong connection, a mobile or wifi connection, the game goes into a never ending cycle of a buffering/lag state, then connects for under a minute, then back again

I love the game selection, but I deleted the app. Couldn't play more than 10 minutes without buying coins. Not cool. There are other apps that I can play for days or weeks if I want. I only have to buy coins if I want to complete a challenge that's optional. Also constant pop-up of points earned is really annoying!
