DO NOT BUY TICKETS ON THIS APP THEY DISSAPEAR I bought the month ticket for £95 and I only had it for 10 days then I go to open it says there's an error ith my ticket so I exit the app open it again then it says I don't have any pickets and then logs me out. I try to log back in and it rejects it so I do password reset 3 times and never sends it to me. Don't bother with this app its useless
Good jusy for tracking buses. If u could see tickets offline it would be much better. Buying tickets there but when u screenshot it and want to scan can't. As it shows ticket invalid. QR changing every 5 mins. Tickets never disappeared.
Shows phantom buses Doesn’t track buses correctly. The app refers you to their website for ip to date timetables. Pointless app.
The only reason these buses are still running in due to no competition if I could not use the skyline service I would dng are fine.
Flawed The Internet coverage in the High Peak is notoriously dodgy and this app requires internet coverage to display the ticket you've purchased. Very poorly thought out and requiring a rethink and upgrade for every day use - especially for a bus service that is more expensive than most.
