App was somewhat usable before. Search function is next to useless. Loads super slow. Now it crashes as soon as I open it. Edit: app is now functional again. Still slow at times.
I really like the purpose of this app, and feel the idea behind it will solve a problem that does exist socially between people. However, I am disappointed by the experience I have had. This app still has development required. The user interface feels somewhat basic and irritating at times to navigate, and there is a general latency in response from buttons and menus. This app has great potential. But there is still work needed to improve its performance and user-friendliness.
app is good in theory. unfortunately the execution is extremely poor. it seems that aesthetic improvements are made, but the app is very buggy and not user friendly. uploaded pictures are fuzzy, the same people will pop up in your meet new people feed even though youve already requested to be friends. messaging doesnt seem to keep a conversation log. loved the idea of the app, but deeply disappointed with how little effort was put in to make it usable.
I keep getting notifications from people and when I open the app the message isn't there and I have no opportunity to respond. I can't add them back as a friend either even though I've tried force-stopping and even completely uninstalling the app and redownloading it. Knowing that there's a message waiting for me and not being able to contact them whatsoever is the most frustrating feeling ever and it seems like I'm not alone here. Fix your app PLEASE because this is the only choice we have :(
I love the concept that's trying to be done here, but jeez this app is one of the most glitchy and least navigable app I've ever used. This apps UI needs to be overhauled and upgraded, the feel of the app could be a lot better, fix the glitches because I can't load a picture, check messages, or add friends and it can use a new interface for the overall look.
Just recently downloaded the app, made an account and 1 it not letting me add multiple pictures. It keeps on giving me an error message. 2. It not giving me options of people in my area, keep saying that I "met everyone" which is impossible. The concept of the app is cool, but yeah first time and if I could, ill give it a 0 rating. Update: I'm good 👍. Seen recent reviews and the app is still the same.
this app was awesome about 8 months ago, and now its absolute garbage. If you swipe left on someone they dont go away, just pop back up when you open the app again. if you set your search radius to 20 miles, it still shows you people 100+ miles away. if someone sends you a request, you have to open the app 4 more times for it to actually show up. great in theory, below poor in execution.
The app has a great design concept, but it's way too glitchy. The profile asks for info that never gets displayed, is clumsy to edit, and pics all get blown up so they don't fit the screen. The discovery settings are just as wonky - set it to meet women within 25miles, it shows you men within 300miles. Kept telling me I've already connected with everyone nearby, when I hadn't connected with anyone yet. *DELETED*
Yay! Finally fixed the app! I can post pics again! Thanks for the May 3 2022 update!
The app is hard to navigate; not user friendly at all The back button just cycles you between the last two pages you visited. Messages don't always register, making the app utterly useless. Good idea in theory, but the lackluster nature really motivates me to make my own app to compete with this one; wouldn't be hard to beat. Hoping for major flaw corrections in future updates. 🤞🤞
Won't even let me load a picture. Says it doesn't have permission, but it does. Since I can't load one it won't let me do anything.
Sadly, there's no zero star option, but if there were, this trainwreck of an app deserves it. Apparently High There is really buggy and constantly crashes, but I wouldn't know; I've attempted numerous times to create an account and been auto suspended for no discernable reason immediately after hitting the button to create my account. Support is non-existent and doesn't answer emails. Don't even bother with High There; it's trash and an absolute waste of your time.
The idea is good. The platform and all its bugs are not good at all. Until the issues are fixed and platform made user friendly... then all you are going to get is below two stars. Lucky you even got that much. This app just hangs and hangs and has no swipe features to make things easy. I couldn't even find where to message someone despite pressing every button on the screen. A real wasted good concept is how i sum this up as. 💩
It won't let me put a profile picture even though all permissions are allowed on my end !!!!!

Not one single active profile. Experimented by trying to connect with every. single. person. that came though my feed. Nothing. Tried setting bigger parameters, playing with my interests, etc. Finally after a while, I decided to deactivate my profile, but I don't see any option to do so? Maybe Devs can come up with a way that if an account hasn't been used in over a month, they are automatically deleted? I cannot find a single app or site to find smoking buds!!!
its really just a market place for certain vegetables. The app it self is terrible. Its clear, the app is not being used as a date app with easy to search module, but more that of a relation manager. Try looking at pictures, then go back and look for the next person. You cant, it jumps to your own profile every time.
I had to reinstall the app because it wasn't working. 3 out of 5 stars for the idea of the app. 2 and a 5 stars for the actual app utility success rate when trying to use it. Functionality needs heavy updating but I appreciate what the devs are trying/have done thus far. However I'm currently having issues resetting my password.
This app was about a 2 before but I learned the bugs in the app and how to navigate around it. Now, today with the new update 2/19, I can't send or receive messages. I logged out and tried to log back in and all I get is "Internal Service Error." Smh, I'm lowering it to a 1 until it's fixed. Update 7/8/21 New update totally deleted my account with all of my messages and password resets aren't sent to my email. (not in spam) It seems every update is a bad one.
wow does this update stink. the app was already borderline nonfunctional, but this overly ambitious rework has cast any working functions of this app into oblivion. with the constant crashing, extreme difficulty to access friends list, the lack of response to touch on most of the app, to just the app not working whatsoever. this used to be a halfway decent platform to find real friends that are like minded, now it's just my daily dose of acid reflux.
Even after the update, the app is buggy. Same folks over and over, says I have messages but they never load, and I don't get notifications. I really loved this app but now it's gone downhill. I think it's time to delete this app because I've given it 6 months and the updates didn't help.
I don't understand how an app can stay alive when it's so difficult to sign up. It wouldn't let me past the add a photo screen, (the next button dosen't work). That's after it denying me two email addresses. Very frustrating!
I don't like it when every other app on my phone works just fine but when I'm on this one I can't ever get a connection always an internal server error fix your program make it work, i never even got a 2.0 update. And now I can't understand why you don't fix it and keep it working i don't understand.
Great idea for an app. Unfortunately, too many glitches, even after the new update. Go to click on someone's profile and the whole thing vanishes right after it loads. Want to delete your comment you just made? Well, you can't. Not unless you close the app and reopen it, then go to the person's profile and find the comment. Want to find the cool post you just saw five minutes ago? No. You can see a month ago, they'll be happy to show that to you. I'm too tired to type out the other issues.
