I can't respond to how well the app works... because it wouldn't let me finish the set up... got all the way to the end and then got a validation saying "Not Authorized". Didn't bother to call for another "ticket".

Registration took 2 days cause it refused my email address. After it finally accepted my email address and I logged out it wouldnt let me log in after 10 days. I called to complain here my account was locked. They put a "ticket" in to unlock my account. That took another 2 days which I called again cause I got an email saying my password was changed but they never told me what it is so I can change it. Which you have to call in to change cause you cant change it on the app. I'm still waiting!!!

Horrible app... so many validation issues. Takes too long to set up... then just says "unauthorized". A complete waste of time. This app is a joke. I'm horrified to think any company would even recommend using an app that is so poorly designed or put their name on something like this.

So far, I haven't been able to navigate/use the app. This is totally due to my employer's lack of doing their part; not the app. I look forward to using it (eventually) and then will assess and update my rating and review as necessary.

Just difficult to navigate. Also I want to just be able to click on a claim and press pay. I shouldn't have to input all of the providers information! What a pain!

Have this due to needing to submit receipts for my FSA. There used to be a camera option to take pictures from my phone. Now I have to go back to scanning them on my printer and manually uploading them on the website.

I was not able to register. Website access to my account seems better anyway, since I still use a computer for account management. 2 stars because I may have given up too easily.

Would give 0 if it was an option. Unintuitive, constantly logs me out, and is overall not very useful.

Trash, it stopped recognizing my info. Wouldn't let me reset. Locked me out and I couldn't even get a hold of anyone to unlock the account.

I have never been able to log in on this app and I've tried numerous times over a period of months. Never had a problem with the website but this app is a huge headache, do not download

As others have said, it doesn't work. I can go online on my desktop and my user and password work fine. This app is worthless.

This App Is HORRIBLE its susposed to have a claims tab, so you can pay your provider, AND DOESN'T, and when you call the contact us number all they say is we don't know why it's not there is should be. NO HELP DO NOT DOWN LOAD THIS APP. END OF RANT

Never works. Always slow to open and load anything. Forced to use this as it is our work insurance. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Useless. Unable to even register. App is unable to recognize employee information, though website does.

It takes forever to receive a code in email to complete the sign up process. Shouldn't be this difficult.

Will not connect to server. Must be using a non-standard port. If so, this is a very bad security practice.

This app is written by their Russian team of software engineers.... user unfriendly and doesn't work.

fix y'alls site and app I cant view or pay claims at all it's been a month since it has worked I keep getting calls from drs and hospitals and I wont pay then over the phone fix it

I like the fact of having quick access to my spending balance.

Couldn't register... called the number at 7:55, said offices were closed and call back after 8. Called at 8:05 and 8:15, got the same message. It might be a scam....

App will not open and said I dont have internet connection when I do

Easy to use and see info.

It works. That's all that matters. You Can see your HSA Spending balance and HSA Investing balance.

still won't let me log in I called customer service quite a few times and they said they'd get back to me and I haven't gotten any phone calls

Following instructions from their own website still do not have all of the information required.
