The App is intended for Highmark’s Blue Shield members in the 21 counties of central Pennsylvania, and Highmark’s Blue Cross Blue Shield members in the 29 counties of western Pennsylvania, the 13 counties of northeastern Pennsylvania, the state of Delaware and the state of West Virginia plus Washington County, Ohio.

Highmark Inc. and its affiliated Blue companies are independent licensees of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.

Constantly logs out, even when switching to another screen within the app, it logs out and you have to sign back in... we shouldn't have to keep signing in whilst using the app. So annoying. The Dr. Match quiz option does not work at all, just a blank screen. Edit 5/18/22. I changed my review from 2 stars to 1 one, though the Highmark app deserves 0 stars. This app SUCKS. None of the previous issues have been fixed. It constantly crashes or won't let people into the portal. Fix it!!!!!

Very frustrating. This app has trouble loading and signs me out after literally 3 seconds. It also has trouble corresponding with Google maps so you can see the distance to different offices or pharmacies.

Originally, I gave this app 1 star. I'm updating it to 5 stars because IT support was able to get my account login working again. Only problem now is that biometric login doesn't work. Keeps saying "Oops something went wrong" and after pressing OK, it will not accept my login credentials even though they work in Windows. At that point, like others have said, it locks your account after 3 tries so I gave up. I've been trying to use this app for almost 2 years and this problem hasn't been fixed.

The app is bad. It's only finding providers for me in Philadelphia when I typed my zip code in. I live in Texas! And when I try to change the location on the map manually, it just won't load anything.

This app does absolutely nothing, you can't update or change anything without having to call someone, shouldn't you be able to do that on the app they made? Wouldn't that be the point of the app, to make changes and give access to your own account? Absolutely useless

Doesn't work. Cannot access my vision coverage with this junky app. Tech support is totally USELESS. She says to uninstall then reinstall app and it will fix it. It does not. Clixk Vision. It puts up a covid warning page, I click "CLOSE PAGE" - nothing happens, page never closes. Can't find vision coverage on their stupid website either. The whole thing is an exercise in frustration. Seems like that was the intent of the design. I do not recommend this app.

EDIT: Developer responded and fixed the issue I had. The app is much more useable now and displays well what service providers are covered when searching. I downloaded this app so I could easily find care in my area, but it's completely broken. It says it cannot find anything within 100 miles for any search, including the basic ones it suggests like "hospital".

This app has one of the most stupid thought out decisions ever. You use your Fingerprint as a way to login, very convenient! But when it comes to paying off bills, it wont let you use your fingerprint as you need your password for that, why not also make that Fingerprint??? Fix that and it would be a lot less useless.

Not good, I uninstalled app. I will not use. My screen went white after I signed in. I scrolled right and left and I did get a profile, but then it disappeared. I signed on twice after that, only thing that came up was a white screen. Also, when you enter birth date, you can not see days and year numbers. You have to keeping guessing.

This app is terrible - a total piece of garbage. I got locked out of my account twice trying to install and activate it. As balky as it appears to be, I expect that it would mess up my phone and/or account. Sorry that I didn't read the reviews before I tried it. My experience appears to be the norm rather than the exception :(.

This app is absolutely useless! 1)It shows “No Progress Information” under ded. progress, even though I had 45 claims this year. 2) click on “View Benefits Grid” it just keeps trying to load but sticks and app has to be closed. 3) Click “Find Care" you see the first 5 (of 48) doctors nearby, but you can’t do anything, if you attempt the screen flips to no providers in my area. Its so glitchy it’s not worth taking up prime real estate on my tablet.

I've Seen Worse... Of course it didnt take my user name which seems common. I had to have user name sent to me & found out the last character was not in the user. It makes you type user name all in caps which is very odd. Had to reset PW & then it worked. Once in, I went to upload bank info for direct deposit. You hit "add" and blank sections come up for you to fill in with routing number, etc... Go to add. No keyboard will come up. Switch devices and you have to hit edit to make it work. Dumb

You must enter birth date but there is no way to do it. You can choose the month by selecting 1- 12. The day and year is selected by picking either 1 or 2. I kept trying different 1's or 2' but kept getting dec. 31 and the year varried between 2015 and 1947 but could not get my year or date. Then thats all the more you could do because your birthdate is wrong. So its worthless to me.

If I could, I'd give it less than one star. Been trying to register on H. Mark's website for nearly a year on both laptop web site and on my android phone. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same error message that everyone else are complaining about on this app. And please DON'T tell me to call. Since everyone's having the same issue with registering, just reply with the solution! Highmark, you have a very good product, but your online presence is terrible!

On the 30th I used the app to pay $400 for my wifes coverage. The app charged me twice. I contacted customer service, they admitted that it is a known issue with their app and they would be able to do a reversal for me on one of the charges. They also advised they would notify the developers of this known issue. Highmark then refused to execute the reversal of the $400 for a issue they are aware of and admitted fault to. So developer if you are here, have you been notified of this issue?

Confusing, doesn't match plan names to app names, location services don't work, doesn't scroll down the whole way. This is a mess to use.
