To use the Highpoint Community app, you must be enrolled as a Highpoint Community digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Keeps saying I have the wrong information when I don't and/or won't let me go past username and password creation after it decided the right info is right.
Not a fan of the bill pay. Or the way it separated accounts. Really don't like the new app. Old style was much easier to navigate and follow.
Great app and a great bank! Customer service is exceptional.
Overall nice and useful, just wish that deposit was more consistent with processing time, and that you could do a mobile transfer without getting a second account
New app same slow system. Thought it would be better since they updated all banking systems, yet it is still far behind my other banking app. Down to often and slow to update.
Not happy with the bill pay interface. Especially the PC web browser based version.
Half the time I cant view my accounts. Usually over the weekend.not sure what was wrong with the old app. And for that matter the old name.
Great customer service!! The banking app is a huge plus with all the control options.
App doesn't work since Android 12. I can get into the app but there is no touch response once in.

Doesn't work. Constantly says please write for mobile deposit only at HCB on a check that has it written on it.

So far, so good. First day using the app, and I've been able to do everything that I wanted to do. Not bad for a senior citizen!
Works great! I wish they would raise my mobile deposit limit (I've asked twice) in these "COVID-19 Days."
