Terrible app, terrible service. App does not work even after i paid subscription. Went through site directly to view Redemption and had to pay 10 dollars again. Surprise surprise the streaming did not work either! Missed event. Tried two different internet connections and not the issue. A day later trying to watch replay and stream freezes after 2 minutes of watching! Incredible!

The content is amazing. However, I run into an issue when my mobile screen rotates. The video I'm watching will typically restart from the beginning, which can become annoying. It seems that this was an issue previously. App on mobile is currently updated.

I really wanted to love this app, but it's slow, constantly freezes, & the resolution constantly drops. You guys ever fix it, I'd love to subscribe again, until then there's just no way..

A+ for Content D- for the App. The only reason it's not an F is that it does allow you to watch the content. This content cannot be searched by anything other than one word, which wouldn't be the worst thing except you can't save to a watchlist what you want to watch later. The App also doesn't hold your place on what you are watching and if you happen to turn your device while watching it and the screen changes orientation it may just reset your video. I would happily pay double for this app if

I don't know what happened between the last time I was subscribed and now. But, I can't stream anything. I'd like a refund since pivotshare doesn't respond to emails. *edit* March '22 - decided to give it another chance now the app has a bug and won't open.

Terrible app, none of the content would load. Customer support is very slow, I ended up requesting a refund from app store. It's an absolute shame as the content is amazing and I would have been a long term subscriber as on the surface it is great value. If there was a fix I would subscribe again in a heartbeat.

Ever since the first update of the app a few days ago. It no longer opens up to the main screen. It crashes immediately when I open it. Didn't have this problem before the update and for some reason it says I cant watch pwg because my phone is outdated... phone is a galaxy s3 & all the other content on this app works for it... please fix soon

Even after paying the subscription the app kept buffering and wouldn't play any videos. Even when it played a short match, low quality. I've bought from highspots before and trusted them to put out a quality product but this app is garbage.

I would say the app is not really that good it's good because I have everything on it but when you watch a video on your tablet is blurry but if you go to the actual high spots Network website everything shows super clear I don't get it at all

I love the site and love the content. Whoever made your app ripped you off. It's so much worse than the website. Edit: 6 months+ later and it's STILL broken. You should sue whoever made this app for you. Thankfully the website still works fine, but the inability to watch offline and no watch history in 2021 is brutal.

We can log in, but cannot play it on phone, tablet, or through Chrome. we have contected for assistance through help, but have not recieved any info. If it does eventually work, I may change the review, but currentky can't reccomend trying it.

Ok, so this was a one star review, but after two days the app started working like a charm. The support team also got back to me pretty quickly. I do still wish it had worked thus well from the start, but ill take what i can get.

Love it on the Roku and in browser but for whatever reason the App is broken on the Note10. You loud it up try type or click anything and the app freezes.

Can anyone from Highspots customer service fix the app and the website I payed for the monthly subscription to stream your contents and it's browsing all day I couldn't even go to the website to stream it there cause it's asking me to pay when I already payed it through Google play like yeah can we get this app updated and fixed so I can watch some of your contents please thank you 😠😤🤦‍♂️🤦

Could not access any content. Subscribed and charged subscription to my phone bill but still not able to access content. App times out after a minute.

Cannot sign in, and navigation is useless. A complete abomination on every level.

Terrible interface, no rewatch history, and kicks me out of video with auto rotate on. Not worth 10 dollars

I payed for a year and it still says it's locked pivot share never responded to my emails

How do you not even have a resume playing option I don't always have time to watch a 2 hour plus show in one go

Paid for subscription, tells me my account doesn't exist, then all content just doesn't even play at all

Been a subscriber for a while the website wasnt doing it when the app came out well well worth 9.99

app took my money and wouldnt work the people that run the website said they never got a payment from me and wanted to charge me my 9.99 again

it good serivce content wise but wheb i watching some it pause a lot if it wasn't fid thst it be 5 stars
