I am not able to recharge my Fasttag account as it continues to show me " Error Fetching Data" I have Recharged smoothly in the past but currently it is not recharging my fasttag . Need to correct this immediately Also it is not displaying fasttag txn history as it only shows blank . Please work and advise

Unfortunately, I took the FasTag from the car dealer in a hurry. So, had to use this horrible app. Features are not usable, needs lot of work. Unpolished interface. No support.

Very poor service and i am unhappy with the support as well. I was wrongly charged. For that I had raised complain with required docume to. And I was told that i will get refund but I am still waiting for it. And already one month passed for this.

Every time I do recharge it doesn't shows in app and my money gets deducted, and I end up paying more money on tolls.. it's really disgusting and frustrating.. at showroom they put u this u please say u don't want this frustrating app as it hurts your mental health on urgency

Fastag Balance icon very helpful display in first page. And profile updation, vehicle number adding, corrections option not working or very difficulty. please immediately updates your app.

The most supportive app, and their services are quick and fast. My fasttag recharge was successful via bhim UPI but was not showed up In my fasttag ID , They immediately respond and my transaction takes place perfectly.

I tried to make recharge 2 times but its failed but amout has been deducted from my bank account. Total 4035 rs gone but still its not refunded to my account. Even i m not getting customer care number. I need support very urgently.

Worst experience. I have recharged the fastag and amount is deducted from my account but the fastag recharge not done . The worst app I have ever seen no customer support nothing.....

Update !! After my below issues... I reach through WhatsApp and customer care promptly (within few minutes) responded and verified my issue with few information from my end and immediately refund/recharge all the amount on my app. Thank you so much!! --------- My recharged money got deducted even when I was not traveling. Moreover during recharging through UPI, 3 times my money got deducted from bank but transactions got failed.

Wonderful service with quick resolution to queries sent. Queries could be solved both via email or chat. That's good. Amount gets credited within a few minutes, if done online. Other additional features with this App, like buying fuel at outlets, makes one go contactless. Keep up the good work.

Several times a recharge shall not reflect on ur balance and you shall end up recharging again with the previous recharge lost. No customer support either.. a bad experience don't get these third party fast tags.. lost atleast 2000 just trying to play the recharge game.. the developers don't even care.. to troubleshoot any issues

I recharged fastag through this app fastag not recharged money debited from my a/c . I contact the customer care they don't help me at all. My 250 rs cut from my account. Worst app they r fraud.

Totally worse app. Self recharged Fast tag in the morning two times but balance not reflected till evening even after 10 hrs. Ended up in paying penalty. When contacted on what's up and shared all required details but still they asking payment made screen shot.

It's good but some times it's create issues also and it take so much time to resolve the issue.

Money got deducted but not reflecting in the app balance, third class support services as no one responding, looks like it's scam.

Very bad service. It's been two months and they are not able to refund the amount which got deducted from the account. The customer service is pathetic. Also every other time my car goes blacklisted and I need to connect with the customer care. They mention here to sent mail on there email id which I already did but I never received any reply from them. Bogus company doing some kind of scam. They don't mention any kind of any ticket number for issue raised.

Poor app, even after recharge success from your side, amount doesn't reach your fastag end up multiple attempt with multiple deduction rom my account. contacted them through WhatsApp, initially they responded added money for few transactions except one and stopped responding after that.

Very Poor Service i would recommend 0 star. I did recharge well before travelling, but at toll plaaza i came to know recharge didn't happened, i paud double toll coz of highway delite's fault. In return only get is sorry we can't help you. Request others to change yourservice provider.

Have used it for fasttag only which is good. There are other good options too in the app like places in the highway etc

Had some issue with regard to recharge .Amount was deducted from my account and didn't get reflected in fasttag account since 2 months. Didn't notice dat before and when my account was showing blacklisted at toll plaza I reached help centre and they resolve the issue on a quick note .Thanks

I don't know why when I tried to recharge, error came and money deducted in my account. When I contacted on customer service on WhatsApp, they gave instant response and top-up done in few minutes. I am very happy with this type of customer support.

Amount debited from my account but not credited to this app.....,So, Plz provide contact number & do the needful.

Very bad experience fraud people,do not purchase fasttag from these people, i recharge the fasttag for Rs. 5000.00 two times both times the amount got debited from my account but not credited to fasttag account, being following up more than 8 days no response from them only once they replied it take time refill after that no response, every alternate day i am sending them reminder on WhatsApp they are just ignoring, I lost Rs. 10,000.00 I am still trying to recover my money please wish me luck Thanks to Highway delite - They have immediaely solved my issues and i received my money back it was Bank mistake not Highway Delite Now i am happy with Highway Delite

Rechrged the fastag balance with Rs 500 but balance is not updated. How can i recharge further.. Pathetic experience

Useless services. After recharge also amount is not added. Need follow up on WhatsApp. No customer care number. Once in you can't get out unless ready to sacrifice balance available. No facility to transfer to any other UPI while exiting
