Terrible. The app used to be 100x better last year. Seeing time dependent charts on every reading is of utmost importance, but the app update got rid of this graphing/charting ability to see if you are improving or getting worse in weight, body fat %, blood pressure, etc. Odd how an update goes backwards instead of forwards to help us.
My rating should have been ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but the new version/ rewrite of the app left out the most important feature for me, which is the ability to look at the changes in my weight/ BP/ BMI ... etc graphically. I hooe the development team is working to bring it back as soon as possible as I read many comments mentioning that.
Overall a good app. I check BP, weight and BF% at my local grocery store about once a week so it's nice to see steady progress being tracked with my various health metrics. Since they take the time to calculate BMI, BF% and hydration levels, I wish they would go ahead and calculate lean mass as well. Although I am currently losing weight and fat it would be nice to see if lean mass is increasing, decreasing or staying the same.
Generally like the app, when the local machine is on line. Is there a way to manually enter values when the station is off line? The value of this is that it keeps a record of your BP and weight over time. If you miss, theres no point. Hope you can help.
Your new rewrite of the software is poor. Graphics dropped and unable to count steps are disappointing. Unable to recover lost data when changing phone is failure. Considering dropping the product completely.
great health site..numbers in a pinch
Fails to log in with QR more often than not. App had trouble syncing if it comes up at all. I'll stick with the web version.
Wish I could import my information from labcorp. Also want to be able to import notes from the doctor and other qualitative (free form) information. What I really want is a single place to store all of my health and fitness data.
I think you're very awesome machine I only get to use it once I can't wait to be able to use another one but you're very awesome features and very accurate test results
Easy to install and use. Less than 5 minutes. THANKS. Use your email address or it texts results. I set up my account 1st in a grocery store higi and came downloaded to my phone worked great!
I used to love this app. Now with this update I can no longer see my progress. There is no chart or something similar to compare. I'm very disappointed. I really hope they can fix it.
I've had the same email address and password for 5 years. I can get on the higi stations but I'm not recognized on the ap so I deleted it. Will just get my report sent to my email address when I use the higi stations.
I have used this app over five years occasionally the machine at the store malfunction. I thought they were hacked this year as they almost deleted all the data.after weeks it came back. This so saved me from a bp rx.tyvm
i do not have an issue with the app but I do with the machine the machine that I always use takes along time to log in I've asked the people that work at this place why it does that they never know why or what to say???
Unfortunately it won't scan in the QR code from the machine that is offline. It also will not verify my phone number. Nice concept if it worked.
I loaded this app and then they sent me a text to enter on the text and then go back and sign in then it just went into circles and sent me another text I've done this 10 times I'm done
Higi station is always offline and the app refuses to scan the QR code from the station, so I can never use it.
Don't try changing PW. Won't let you back on. Where's the no. To report prob? The issue is fixed. Login now works. :-) Thx. Back to B pressure checks.
Very happy with this app! Works well and even my doctor likes it so they can review my record for my BP. I go once a week to my Publix and it's the first thing I do...stop at the Higi station!
Scanner sees the code on the machine and logs me in on the blood pressure machine.
The app is fine now that they returned the charts, but it's surprisingly slow to load/run. The only reason I really have it is I changed my password to something unique and complex and it's now easier to log in with the QR code than trying to type in symbols and numbers on the touchscreen keyboard on the device in store. I wouldn't have the app otherwise since the higi website works just fine on PC and phone.
