So easy to use ..it is a great tool to make sure you are getting quality..you can't have to much info ..just don't think it is the bible or final exact most perfect app.....it is just a tool to help guide people. If you want the accurate number and be certain that the result is guess what ..you have to pay the fee of a lab and get results. Oh and wait for it to be tested about a weekish depending on area and availability of labs.That bring said it is pretty accurate. I LIKE IT!
Absolute rubbish. Camera would not focus with lense. App freezes EVERY time you try and take a thc photo then the light failed on the lense. $79? Just a complete scam. I went against my gut instinct and for the first time purchased an expensive app/attachment combo and literally threw it away. I do not want to deal with these people whatsoever. I do not want a response or any type of replacement or reimbursement. What absolute peice of .... Do not try and say I was not using it properly.
So far...so good. Still testing it.... 3/15/21 It appears to be very consistent with expectations of THC% in different strains(G4 Rocks ;) The Grade feature is nice as well. It can discern between old/dry, grown well or not & if it's been stored properly. I also tested some old bud that hasn't been stored that great for awhile. And that's exactly what app told me. It was old, hadn't been stored properly. It also tested Low THC%. I'm sold on it. Very useful addition to my toolbox. Nuff said. 😎💨
An absolute must for the home cultivator. Super helpful for everything that it does. Know exactly when your ready to harvest. Know your Thc strength. No guessing. Expert help with the growers support. Can't quite figure out what your seeing with you plants. Growers support will analyze your information and assist you with the remedy. Best New tool I have in my toolkit.
Wasn't impressed. I tested 5 different strains and they all came back as grade 3-4, all with a potency of 17% +-3. Some of the tested material is well over 3 years old, and still came back at 17%. Definitely not accurate as far as thc% goes
I love this app. It works great. The growing help is amazing. I've asked plenty of questions I already knew the answer to, just checking, and its spot on. I wish there was a way to get a little more back and forth with the grow help though. Like a place to hold a conversation, not just 1 question with 1 answer.
So far results have been consistent with both the labelled thc as the control and using on 3 nicest nugs, preferable a cracked nug to show off the inside. I found things like photo filters, low light affects, and such can cause different thc % and quality ratings. If it's dark then light showing its bright colors it will be off.
Customer service has been quick to get my results and answer my questions. Update: upgraded another star. Again customer service is impeccable. Your product is allowing me to grow some straight up 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Always 2nd guessing myself when to harvest, well no longer. Update 3: No more emails to get lost in my spam folder, do everything in app now. It makes getting the results of a grower question so easy. Keep up the good work. So I give you 7 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Just got it today and haven't got to play with it a lot, but so far it's great! Really easy to use. My only issue is with the microscope not fitting on my phone properly. It fits better without the case but it doesn't go down far enough to be centered over my camera.
Started playing around with the free version and enjoyed it, decided to go with the 60$ year subscription so I can save money In the long run, just got my camera scope in the mail today and it doesnt fit the camera all the way! I have a GalaxyS10+. I can take pictures and send them in and get a THC %, but the scope isn't on my camera all the way 😂 maybe re-design a scope that can fit bigger phones? Other than that decent app I use frequently.
Good but I think it would be better if you could zoom in with the app. But that is personal opinion and also I feel it is close but I am sure it is off for % with strains that are new to the database. Higrade you are a amazing company and services are excellent
Very good app. Very accurate, compared to my own personal experience: 85% accurate, as advertised by them. I just hope the next versions scope is made out aluminum or something much better than plastic.
I downloaded the app and bought the premium. I got the camera and I cant attach it to my Samsung galaxy s9 as it dosen't allow it to slide over the camera. So I tried it on my old note 4 and the quality was terrible. The light on the scope doesn't allow the camera to fully focus on the bud.
very helpful app and AI there service is A1 . I have been using it for a few weeks so far and it has been pretty much spot on. I grow 3 strains and it's been very helpful with my whole grow process. looking forward to more features as the technology gets better. you guys are amazing at higrade love your product and great service provided to me so far🍻
I'm pissed. I paid for the use of this app. As I have for for the past 2 years previously on my iPhone and now that I switched android after paying the 80$ and now I get no grow support. I totally got ripped off. When they let you use all the features its great. But if they put restrictions on you like they did me its a waste of money.
I was really loving this app but now you've changed the look I can't get any thc results no matter how many photos I take. Camera doesn't work I need to take photos on my phones camera then load them up as files to be analysed. Pressing the button to take a photo doesn't seem to work
Simple, intuitive, good instruction videos, worked out of the box immediately....will compare to other test methods for accuracy soon....almost too easy to believe...and for the price, if it's close to reality,...well worth it.
Quick & VERY easy 2 use! Just take 3 quick pix & it will give you the best results. The THC % and then put the input of the strand u took the pix of & it'll tell you what that strand is best known to help with! Just found out about the app & I absolutely LOVE IT! 😊
Growing becomes easy! This app is unbelievable and it's a must-have tool for growers. It helped me to figure out a lot of problems during my grow and the harvest timing feature is outstanding!
Would Love to try your app. but the Continue button is glitching over the " accept terms and conditions" section so I cannot click accept or get in. and your app is not compatible with my computer. guess it on to another app that will actually let me sign up.
Uninstalled immediately. You lost me at create an account. I don't want to have to create account and if I do have to, I want to be able to sign in with Google. (the only option was Facebook which I don't have) Maybe add that feature and I'll try again? Seems like a really good idea, I was really interested in trying it until I had to create an account.
Ok so here is my opinion as I have not only reviewed this item on my Instagram but for my community of 14k+ and 2k+ as well. For under $80 bucks it isn't bad, one person already said this but I will reiterate, the design on the lens is a bit flawed because it doesnt go all the way on cameras. I had to remove my case and then it worked. I heard some people saying the app froze or lens didn't focus. I never had those issues. I actually tested it up against the $1500 dollar competitor. Not bad 4/5.
*10stars* May be a 5th star coming. I've only started using the scope. It's a Great price point, with my purchase, came 1 year full app. I've tested 3 strains, and they are Well within the +/- 3%,2 of 3 tests came back- perfect match to the reported lab test. If the app is a One time purchase. I can say, for the $80, I see people state it cost- I will likely purchase. If it's 80$/annually-,I'll not Be Able to keep the app. I'm disabled, and grow for personal use. I needed a way to get fair test.
Absolute excellence in terms of their customer service. I had my Higrade Scope stolen and they without hesitation were a le to replace it for me, they are sending me a new one. It's very very much appreciated as the scope cost me 80$. 100% recommend!!!
The camera lens they give you is super cheap and doesn't fit well on my Galaxy. It's like they bought the cheapest lens on Amazon they could find. There is no way an accurate reading is possible because the picture quality is absolutely terrible. The "Grower" function is a joke. You will get badly copy and pasted pre-written form responses to any question you submit. I say badly because the formatting is so off you can't see half the text. Most importantly, the advice given often makes no sense.
