very easy to use. easy to manage your funds from on the road. However it's super slow. It needs to be faster.

Was a pretty good app, a little slow but overall easy to use and very helpful. Now I've tryed everything, clearing cache and data, and reinstalled it 3 times but it just chases every time I try to open it. Please fix it already, it's been two weeks. There's no way you don't know there's a problem.

I got a new phone and suddenly the app will not work. I had all the permissions set and still doesn't work. It was working great on my last phone. This needs to be fixed because I don't even get transaction notifications and have to log in through the phone browser to check my transactions. The users shouldn't have to do that if you have an app.

This was my first attempt at mobile check deposit. It worked great, the instructions were clear and adequate.

It was great until I got a new phone. I've tried everything, cleared cache and cookies on my phone, none to clear on the HNB app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and I just get a screen with the HNB logo and under it it says personal and it won't go beyond that. I assume I'm using the right app as it was pretty much the only one I found. Please fix it!

Do not update you're old Straight Talk phone especially if you're old app is working. The new update download would only show pending pending and not install after hours of waiting. IT said to uninstall the old app first then install the new updated app from the Play Store. Still the same problem pending pending. Now I have no mobile app at all. I took my phone to the IT Department directly as directed and they told me my new Android phone was not supported and they basically told me to bad.

I have been trying to update the app for two weeks now as the old version has stated their is an update. It will Not update, just says pending Everytime I try to go to update. Now I have deleted the app thought that might let me re-download. Still not doing anything so how am I supposed to check my balance or anything. Frustrating

Love the app, would give 5 stats except that i have to delete and download every couple months, as it will stop letting me enter my password. Other than that periodic glich, it is secure, and convenient. Anytime i have needed support, the staff has been very friendly and helpful.

The App works great so far and no issues to report. It seems to do exactly what the app was designed to do. Will be nice if they can add a check capture image later on for deposit.

I like the app, I like having my account info available seeing how they took away the phone teller, I didn't like that because I'm not overly comfortable using my phone for banking. I HATE that when there is an update, you can't use it until it's been up dated, if not on my home network I don't want to update, and if I don't then I don't access to my account.

App is one of the worst I have ever seen. For some reason you have to be on the app to Zell money. Well it shouldn't take 20inutes to send money. I have never seen such a piss poor app. I can get one banking on Google and it seems to work fine but can't zelle money on that site. Seems stupid but that's the reason I need the app. Ready to uninstall app all together. If this is doing this next time I have to send any money through zelle I will be switching banks all together.

Why is the biometric scanner such garbage? Its the only app that I use that has constant issues. Also, whats up with the app not working during certain hours? Is it illegal to check your balance at 2 am? Get bent. I'm seriously tempted to change banks. New day... doesn't even work at all

Not the best banking app I have ever used, but it works. Constantly going down, not the best service, missing basic things like changing your pin. It leaves a lot to be desired.

Used to work but stopped working weeks ago. Just loads and then quits. Contacted Hilltop and they are aware of problem. Not fixed after weeks.

easy enough to navigate. i don't like how you gotta set everything up online first to pay bills but I'm sure it's for security purposes.

My experience has been excellent. iPhone users do not have such a great experience. The app works wonderful with Android phones. Not so much for the iPhone.

Unusable - crashes before opening needs fixed.....I've uninstalled and reinstalled over and over app will not open at all not even once.

Used to work flawlessly, but lately the app sometimes won't allow you to the login screen. I've had to uninstall, then reinstall to get it to work.

App stopped working. I was told I need an updated phone. They no longer support my phone. NO! I need a new bank.

App will open but the screen is dead. Cannot tap or type anywhere on the screen. App is completely unusable.

Overall this app is great. It's so convenient. Sometimes it's down, which can be irritating but it seems to be repaired quickly. I love having this app.

Always losing my Password. I wish I could rely on this. Everything else is fine, but this is a constant pain. Resetting passwords is a joke. I'm more annoyed than pleased with this bank app.

Sometimes I have trouble getting to the bank. Either because of time restraints or illness, this app makes banking so much easier! And the app is very user friendly!

I love the way this app lets me see things at a glance. I do not have to call the bank for quick transactions to my account. I can do most of the things I need myself. Very convenient.

Great Banking app for my local bank. Allows me to check my balances quickly and easily. Allows fingerprint login and is very easy to use..

Works ok for the most part but keeps on popping up with error messages and have to restart phone to make it work.

This app only works sometime if that. It has been down since an update about 3 weeks ago now. Would sure be nice to actually be able to use the Mobil banking app

I've been banking with Hilltop and using this app for over a year now. The app is easy to use and has never failed or glitched on me. Nothing but good Mark's for this app.

Very convenient! I can use the mobile Hilltop app to manage multiple accounts, make transfers and more! I love Hilltop!

Love this app i can go in and look at my account any time without a problem. I also love that i can put money in savings without having to go to the bank.
