Hilton Grand Vacation is always the best for me. I never had stressed when booking. Staffs are very friendly and the services were awsome.. The hotels were clean. I can't say any negative comments. It's very wonderful, I'm amazed of everything.
It's enough to get the job done but the booking interface is so much easier on a desktop because it shows all unit types and avalibility at once.
Its getting better... take a look at the way you scroll through the calendar... does not work well on a cell phone. As you swipe down to the next or follow-on month, it pauses. Makes it difficult to cycle between months when picking dates for availability. The work around is to press and hold while swiping, which only allows one month to advance at a time.
I enjoy the convenience of the mobile app and I would almost exclusively use it if not for the freezing and the bugs with open season. It's fairly common to have to reload the app and everything you're doing because of app crashes. So: good ideas, nice looking app, but the implementation is in need of smoothing.
It's slow and sometimes just doesn't work. It's always asking for a browser update and won't do it on my Android phone.
Easy and helpful if you're just scanning for places to stay and doing regular business.
Awful app for awful timeshare company. I can never find the dates I want. Many of the properties are unbookable online through app. Almost impossible to get Portugal, Dunkeld in Scoland, Barbados or Italy. The app being ineffective means expensive calls from UK to US to get anything sorted where they answer your questions specifically. The calendar function is buggy often not allowing you to scroll backwards. Rubbish app adds insult to injury over a dreadful timeshare experience.
App isn't great. Hard to book dates when you are looking at a range of dates. I strictly use the website
I like the convenience of an app, but found it very frustrating because I can't seem to view any pictures of the resorts. Prefer the website because the ease of viewing a wide range of available dates and a lot of pictures. The app needs more work and accessibility.
Looks like an improvement in design and layout. Big problem is functionality: keeps crashing on Samsung S7. Reinstalled twice, cleared data multiple times. Still fails. Especially frustrating when I make it to the final step of booking, then the app fails and closes. Booked on phone instead. Please fix.
I wish this app would work, never shows my planned trips and it's impossible trying to change a reservation. It needs a complete revamp, your app says alot about your company and lack of value for the user experience. DO BETTER HILTON!
Can't login again after initial launch, doesn't have reservation info for upcoming stay, freezes after requesting login.
good app, wish it had better view of availability. I really like the view of the website where I can adjust dates because I can see what is available. this would be a great option for the app. it's hard to see availability due to the filters and nights chose.
I prefer the UI on the website when booking hotels. Managing already booked reservations works fine enough. Also would like to have a more comprehensive billing section, but that's a major design flaw of the program that needs to be revamped
I like the app, but I wish I could see photos of the resort like I can on the website. Also, there have been MANY times when I am using it and then all of a sudden the app just closes! I do like how easy it is to see people's comments about the clubs.
Needs work... Always get booted out... Need to be able to see calendar availability for properties.... UPDATE No changes after first review. Not user friendly or intuitive interface at all. Need to go online for best experience.
The web site is MUCH easier to use than the app especially if you are trying to see when next available 3 night or more is possible at a property or group of nearby properties. The app is only good for very simple searches.
You cannot easily browse the resorts. When I am searching on an app, I am browsing for things like that--not usually doing that actual Booking. So pictures, description and others reviews would be of primary interest.
Its OK. The navagation for the RCI intergace needs allot of work. Mainly because of when you hit the back button, it kicks you back to the first step and you have to start your search all over again. It's very frustrating.
The app does not let me reload a password I've done it 7 time with the correct eight characters one exclamation for a number and nothing has worked it keeps telling me I need to re-enter a valid password and have done it eight times this is not friendly I've reached out to the number that was on there and it was for an icr property not for Hilton Grand Vacation Club I am so frustrated I could spit because I cannot get into the app because it won't allow me to reset my password and when you press
The app doesnt work passed the login page. I've attempted multiple installs over the last month. It seems to be an issue for alot of users. I hope this is big enough that your product teams fixes the bug
This is a pretty good app. I do find it frustrating that the content on the tablet, phone and website are not the same. Or maybe things are just difficult to find. the app is actually better than the website overall.
Just needs improvement.. What's the use of having the app you basically have to go on an actual website to get current information for bookings crazy!..Hilton honestly need to get it together because this is just unacceptable what is the purpose.... The only thing that is accurate is the maintenance fees and when that bill is due!... I'm at elite status as a owner, they consistently say they're upgrading but nothing has changed.. terrible!!
Nothing really stands out as super helpful, but nothing really wrong with it either. I only use it for surfing destinations and availability. And accessing my reservation number and acct number.
Basic app. New features and better descriptions of options would help.
The app is extremely difficult to navigate and leads to unnecessary frustration and useless phone calls that take 3 hours to get anything done. They should really look at mirroring other companies who do this well.
