Hindware Appliances Mobile App is for Hindware consumer appliances like

Water Purifier, Air Purifier, Air Coolers, Water Geysers & Kitchen Appliances.

Water Purifier & Air Purifier comes under the brand name of Moonbow and rest other appliances come with Hindware brand name.

This mobile app offers the services for both Smart (IoT based products) & non Smart products. Currently IoT feature is available with Water Purifier, Kitchen Chimney & Water Heater products. The main features of Hindware Appliances mobile app are

Customer Registration

New customers have to complete the one time registration process. They can also do the registration using Facebook & Google. After registration they can login with their mobile number using ‘One Time Password (OTP).

Existing hindware customers (those who have already used the Hindware services) can use their primary mobile number for login directly using ‘One Time Password (OTP)’.

Product Registration

Customer can register their new products with simple process by scanning the QR code present on the product.

If your product don’t have the QRcode then product registration could be done using model details.

Controlling & Monitoring of IoT based Products

Customers can control their IoT based home appliances product with their mobile phone from anywhere using Hindware Appliances App if product is connected with the internet. The controlling features will vary depending on the product category.

Service Request Creation

In case of any issue or problem with the product, customer can directly create a service request from the app for both IoT & Non IoT based products which are registered with the app.

If any service request is registered through call then it will also reflect on the app.

Information of all Product Ranges

Customers can explore all the product ranges available with Hindware Appliances.

New Product launches & Offers

Customers can receive the details for any new product launches & offers through the notifications of mobile app.

Documents Management

No worry of losing the invoice of the products to claim warranty. You can upload the invoice through the mobile app and it will keep it.

You can also download the product manuals directly from the mobile app.

Service is really not upto the mark. Executive can't speak properly in English even selected the option for the same. App is not quite effective. Tried to register email but it always says " unable to update " message. They don't deliver the good service so be careful before buying the products. Even after sending multiple emails, follow up no one bothered to resolve the issue I have raised.

Useless and inefficient App. No one from Hindware worry for long long really long turnaround time for product issues, even they are under warrenty. App also doesn't work well. On/Off conditions of light shows reverse to start with and many more if we look in more deep. Update 10-07-21 : very very poor self clean/auto clean feature. Today service opened my eyes, that autocleaning does mean only blower clean inside but not mesh/baffle plates which are actually become greasy over a period of time.

The worst app for tracking your complaint. You don't get any contacts ofbthe person who's assigned for the job. You need to wait for infinity, it's better to use locals help instead. I had horrible experience and it's still pending till the date.

No service for warranty product is provided. Pathetic. Raised the issue 15 days back, still not assigned and nobody attended the issue. I called many times to the service center, they are providing Phone numbers of higher people in their organization like, zonal head, state head..means they want us to call them and escalate the issue to them. I asked them for a service engineer phone number, not a phone number of some person who is at the higher level. I don't know what to do.

Worst service and products. Facing Problem with the cooler since the day I purchased it. Complained about it and requested for the service, but It's 5th day since I complained but no technician visited yet. App just shows your ticket status as assigned, but no details of technician. I had to call them to get the technician number. When called technician he told me that he doesn't provide service in my area(I live near an IT hub of the city).

Terrible after sales service by Hindware. First off all, this APP is a complete mess, nothing will move ahead after clicking it. Second, the response from customer service executive and the hindware team is worst. With my bad luck I had purchased a hindware cooler one year back. In between, its swinger and water motor stopped working and from last 1 week I am trying to process my service request on call center and app but nothing is responsive. Please don't buy hindware appliances.

Worst service i have ever experienced. Remove your local representative because he is not doing his work properly. Previously he came to install the product after several requests and call. And his installation process is very bad. He used old used material in installation. That thing was broken. And prefilter have leakage. Now i complained this and he is not coming. The case is pending from more than 15 days.

I would like to give negative rating to Hindware service team. When I book a service, they will assign some idiot technician who will not come to do the servicing/repair. He will close the service request without coming to house. Sometimes they will put the request on hold saying that part is not available. I don't understand why this service team doing this... Still one filter need to change, all most 10 months complete still iam calling customer care but no use

Worst product... I had brought a cyro hindware water heater of this company it worked only for two months and after that it stopped working I complained to the company they sended a technician who had zero knowledge about the product and wasted 2hrs in repairing it but still couldn't fix it... and plus they don't want to replace their product also telling replacement of the product is not in their policy I recommend not to buy any of these products worst experience with this product.

They deserve 0 stars. The water purifier bought within 1 year had to pay extra 1800 for filters which were under warranty. Complained, yet no response. After changing filters, water flow became low. Raised a ticked, called them. Yet no response. Totally worst product and services. Don't buy any Hindware products

Hopeless customer service. My chimney stopped working, and the motor is well in warranty period. First raised the complaint in November 2020, and it has been 4 months now,and still the issue is not resolved. Every service request raised in the app is being cancelled by them, saying the part is not available. I am tired of this endless wait, and never going to buy another product from Hindware. Worst experience with an electronic brand.

I can set timer and also i can see the product status from anywhere. But first time connectivity is little bit difficult for non tech person.

Absolute waste of tickets and escalations. No one resolved the issue from 10 days. Not responded to our calls. Do you really have service.. or are you faking us by creating a dummy app. Never seen such a waste app till now. Raising escalations in app and calls to tollfree are waste of our time. I should have noticed the reviews of this service ratings before purchasing hindware product. It's been around 20 days I raised the service ticket for repair under warranty. The service providers simple cancel the ticket stating incorrect contact detail or not reachable. I have got the ticket reopened twice. Not sure I'd warranty will be given as promised. Stay away him hindware products.

I would like to give zero or in minus if there is an option. Worst service, worst app!!! Too bad service. I have complaint about my water heater, but it has been two months but I haven't got any response from anyone. The people in service team are useless and hopeless. Never had such bad experience with any electronic brands. I will never buy anything from hindware in future. It is the worst experience ever in my life. Worst service, they don't respond properly. I have bought this Water purifier in May and raised complaint several times since September. No body came for service till date. Worst of the worst service. I should have downloaded this app or look for reviews before purchasing. Never ever go for hindware. The reason we buy water purifiers is , it is essential item for that only if they don't resolve within 2-3 days then no use of availing such services from this brand.

The app is waste. No use. It just shows your purchased product and you service request, but there is no two way communication . You cannot contact the service agent and no way to rate the services. Rating option is not working. So no use of downloading this app. It make no difference whether you have it or not. Waste app.

It pains me to write the following about Hindware, a company I still hold with the highest esteem. Registration process is way too cumbersome even for a computer literate person. Needs to be radically improved for successful market penetration. I have halted my purchase decision and looking elsewhere for kitchen upgradation. I still vouch for their product quality. But the poor web registration/ login process is bound to hit their customer base.

I have purchased first time Hindware product, and it was very bad experience for me. I have purchased snowcrest 23 ltr. Air cooler at 26/04/2019 and we got one year warranty with this product. Now after one year one day it is not working. If I purchased any local brand definitely it run minimum 3years without any problem ⚠️ and product price olso very reasonable price. My request to all don't buy this costly product you can choose another brand.

Hi, I am Shubham Sharma. I ordered Hindware Alexio 60 Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney on 08/04/2021 which got delivered to me on 15/04/2021, Since that was the time of lockdown I did'nt got the chance for its installation later on in the month of October I got it installed, It worked fine barely for a month or two, in December it completely stopped working. I tried reaching out to flipkart in January 2022, they asked me to contact Hindware, Hindware generated a ticket for the issue on 12th Feb 2

I found luck with the registration of my product. Initially, the service history of my product was visible but after three months, the past service history is gone for my product. Why is that so? One of the worst after sales service provider. It's been 5months since I've registered the complaint regarding the chimney malfunction. No one bothered about the follow up or giving answer. Even after calling country service head, Karnataka service head no one bothered to address the issue. No one will answer exactly when this issue will resolve on mail also. It's totally fake servicesuppor.Don't buy products of the sake of saving 2-3k. Buy, well known brands which has good after sales support.
