It keeps signing me out to the point everytime I go back into it I have to input my log in information. Update review: 2 year's later this app is doing the same thing! Keep signing me out. Why hasn't this issue been fixed?
This app is an embarrassment. It takes half an hour to read my check because it "can't find my endorsement" despite me taking pictures of my checks in great lighting. Feels like it was built in 2008 and then left on a shelf to rot.
Have to keep re-installing the app to get it to work. The page keeps going blank so I have to uninstall, reinstall and then re-program my password /fingerprint. So annoying
It keeps showing a white screen upon opening and I have to keep reinstalling it!!!! Its 2020 a bank app should NOT be this horrible!
App doesnt work, 15 times uninstalled and STILL not working in over 3weeks... closing my accounts and finding another bank that has working shît.
Its a great app. Has Zelle built in and I can pay all my bills. Simple.

Froze on 1st attempt
This app has improved ten-fold since I first started using it a number of years ago. The UI is easy to navigate and the ability to do more with my account is awesome.
Works alright, doesn't support fingerprint unlock though, which is a shame.
I think the navigation is poor. You should have analytics that present the functions I normally use, in an intuitive way. Also, for the new check deposit rules - you need to show a picture, rather than a non-link phrase such as put the bank name here. I have no idea where to put the new information you want.
Using the short cut, quick look on can be a pain

The app is terrible. You can't get notifications. The account history is not accurate. They need to update the whole thing
Tells me to update but doesn't give me an option to update!
Horrible!!!! Won't let me log in. Keeps asking for credentials. Used to work fine until the update. Uninstalling permanently!!!
Can't log on
I've been through two phones and every time I wanted to check my balance on both phones, I literally had to restart my phone if I wanted to check my balance more than once a day. Not just close the app. Literally turn my phone off and on again. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I'm switching banks.
This is the worst banking app on the market. It is so outdated and does not cover the bare essentials well. I give 1 star it should be no stars.
Very disappointed. I keep having to reinstall the app. It works fine for a bit and then if i try to open it..nothing ! Blank page. I had to reinstall at least 3 times already. Annoying and very inconvenient!
