Between the constant ads and the gift boxes being rigged so you can't get more than one diamond at a time (played over 10 levels and never picked a box with more than 1 in it) it is very hard to get any real game play in. Also, each level you play uses up hearts... which of course you have to watch an ad to get rid of. You can pay $1.99 to get rid of the ads, but it doesnt seem worth it to me.
Why when you Touch the Box, you only get 1 Diamond, when there are up to four you can get. I have Touched all four boxes, and not even got 2. It's making hard to pass Hard Levels.
I literally got stuck on a level that required me to buy an upgrade but I didn't have anymore diamonds and you can only get diamonds by passing levels or purchasing them with actual money. So for me this wasn't a free game and was frankly really aggravating. I would have only given one star, but the game was super fun and addicting beforehand.
I enjoy the game, but you can't progress unless you have gems. If you don't get 3 stars you have no way to earn them at all unless you buy them. You can't even move onto the next level unless you get at least 1 star. How do y'all expect anyone to upgrade anything if literally everything costs cash, and gems. I'm deleting the game because I'm stuck on one level due to not having any gems to upgrade items to get enough points to get at least one star. This is ridiculous! Y'all need to fix this.
Game is okay. Can't really play long because you run out of energy. Uninstalling.
is it laggy or is it me? sometimes i have to double touch in order to pick a person or complete a move. gotta get the right upgrade just to play your next levels/points. i just can't explain why this is so odd of a game to me but I just don't like the flow of this game. maybe it's better for you so you try it and get your own thoughts about this game. Uninstalled whithin 6hours or play time.~ (p.s.: I'm being generous with a 3 star).
I am loving the game I love doing things like this. But there are some flaws like there should be an option to buy two dressing rooms once more customers start comin in more or when we get two chairs, I love the idea of getting a gift at the end of every level, but I have chosen every box twice & only got one diamond, I click the video and it does not work. Can you please fix these things? I would love to be able to choose a box & get more than one diamond!
l enjoy games like this, my favorite kind besides cooking games, one improvement, you should be able to just tap on the place or object in order for the person to move, not the person then the place or object they are going to or getting.
Nice game, the graphics are good, its a fun game. It would be nice if there were multiple ways to get diamonds. Adding workers would be a bonus. Challenge mini games to win boosts and money would be nice also.
Uses lives even if you pass the level. Game play is very short. It's a ton of ads. Ads are ok for the extra lives but not after every game play. Could be better in that area
I love playing this game to by time. I love the challenge of trying to get 3 stars on all the levels. Maybe make some of the upgrades for the store cheaper and it'll be even greater.
Game froze right at the start! I opted to watch a video ad to double my coins. The ad played no issue, but then the game froze and i couldn't do anything.😑
the game was good and fun until i paid for extra coins and as soon as the transaction was done it closed and said the transaction didn't complete and i had to pay again to get my coins i checked my credit card and they did take the money of but didn't give me my coins so upsetting especially since i really liked this game.
I always love Tapps games and always have the same complaint. Why is it so hard to get DIAMONDS! It takes forever to get them. Increase the amount of diamonds we get from the "customer" and give us 3 or 4 when we get to the level. Please! This is the only issue I have with these games.
the whole setting is too small for the activities also when moving you have to tap the customer directly in the middle instead of maybe the head or something which makes it difficult when trying to play
I didn't think I was going to like this game but it turns out I really do the only issue I have with it is, you don't get enough diamonds I was willing to pay for them but I feel like for the price you don't get enough. 5 diamond for $1 does it seem like a bargain to me. I also don't like that she stands right in front of the dressing room I really do enjoy the game and would love to continue playing it it a little hard to click on it to get the other customers into the room.
Crashes every now & then after the crashes the game closes out , & for that happening I no longer get my gift of 10 hearts before the video was over so was it for me getting the heart also I'm not understanding why a helper cost 10.00 like you guys are giving out 1 gem vs other games that starts games off as should be please fix
this game started fun but the deeper i got into only became overwhelming and frustrating. and i play a lot of those coming dash games. I wish I could get my money back.
Started out pretty good but I soon noticed that you immediately have to pay money for diamonds and when it's time to get a bonus,the ad NEVER works and the game just freezes up... UNINSTALLED
Was playing the game. Got to level 16 and it kept taking me back to level 1. Uninstall and reinstall playing and it just keeps loading. Just gave up. 😒
It is a nive lookong game with smooth controls. but havingto get gems plus coins yo up grade this is stupid. This is a game where there is no way of getting around paying out of pocket to play.
i really enjoy this game. its well rounded meaning u don't have to wait long for more lives, ur not forced or pressured to buy anyting, and ur still able to earn Diamond to buy stuff in the store just by completing each level
THEY WANT THE MONEY EARLY At level 15 you have to start spending all your diamonds just to get one star or you cant advance. I'm not spending one penny on a game that comes a time a dozen...uninstalling right now...happy new year developers....love your games when they're fair.
I'm not liking how extremely difficult it is to get diamonds. The higher the level, it seems as we must spend our money to advance through the game. Deleting.
Fun game, but very buggy. Keeps lagging and stopping with no reason. If no improvement is made I'm going to uninstall.
Love this game. It's fun. My only suggestion is making a cashier unlock at a certain level that should already be in the game.

takes too long to get diamonds cant update anything without them. when i click on gifts from customers always get 1 diamond. even if i click the same box over and over. uninstalling now
When you play daily, you're not given any rewards. Hard to earn gems. Can't purchase many upgrades needed for the store if you're unable to earn gems needed.
The game is OK. However, anytime an ad plays the screen goes black and the game never comes back. The same thing happens when you try to watch an add to get more gems. Terrible!
