Frequent crashes, unable to see full messages and unable to send messages unless I either reboot phone or turn airplane mode on/off. (Using a Note 8.)
When I get a call, I should be able to join in, but I get a message to sign in, and I can't sign in that fast, and the call doesn’t get connected. This is too frustrating for me to use, and I really need my calls.
It works fine 98% of the time. I wish there was a desktop version of it though as the application is very large in size.
Dislike is every time i try to open it the evasive applications that i already currently have downloaded stop it from opening so it never opens so i can't even register my HIPAA complaint cuz when i went to the hospital on the 14th they entered in my registration name is ingman with two n's. And then when i got into the establishment they changed it to quotation Anthony quotation William ingman and my father's name is Anthony William Ingman. I need HIPAA

The app signed me out and I can't reset it unless I call...even though they put an option for you to reset it with you email....Very frustrating and inconvenient
When it works its great, but its doesn't work much.
Really glitchy on my Nexus 5X through Google Fi. My work requires us to use this app, my co-workers say they have no issues mine I have to try to enter my password 3-4 times before I can use the app then it works fine. Sometimes have to reboot my phone to use app.
It keeps saying that my login is invalid and will not let me try to recover my password. I need this app for my job and I can't communicate with my employer because of the glitch in this app. Needs to be fixed like yesterday!
It says it already has my email address but will not let me in. Waste of my time.
When I go to click on their privacy policy... it takes me a page that says page not found... so you want me to agree to something I can not read?
This app has the potential to really revolutionize how I communicate with my doctor. However there are bugs. New messages don't come through without a delay. I need to open the app to check and then the message chimes through, so I don't know how long it's been hanging in cyber space waiting for me. So I regularly need to open it and check for new messages. Also whenever I connect my phone to Bluetooth I get a message that HipppaBridge has stopped working. I'm reinstalling it to see if this improves.
The app works, and is fairly easy to set up. However, MAKE CERTAIN that you back up your account details SOMEWHERE ELSE. Because if you ever need to recover your account, you'll likely find that the password recovery function doesn't work. Go ahead, ask me how I know. To their credit, though, EverBridge were pretty prompt about helping me get back into my account ... but that password recovery function needs work.
It gets really annoying when it crashes constantly as I'm trying to send out a message. Ever since I install this on my phone my phone hasn't been working properly.
Forced to use this trash by my job, it crashes at least every 30 minutes and freezes my phone daily. FML
Crashes constantly, Android even gave a pop-up saying the app was making my phone run slowly and offered to uninstall it for me.
Crashes too often. Always having to reload.
Good but nothing spectacular (hey it's a video/audio chat app so what do you expect!)..I had some connection/reception issues towards the end and I couldn't hear the other person well so they ended up hanging up on me and just doing the normal phone call!
