used to be a good provider. ny last experience was horrible. first they assigned a driver who was still 2 hours away from the origin city at the time of scheduled pickup. Then upon multiple escalations they assigned another driver whose number wasn't reachable. Upon further multiple escalations they told me that its the job of operations team now and they have forwarded my concern. After one hour of constant followups they finally cancelled my cab over an email notice. Extremely disappointed.
Our cab stopped on way from delhi to Chandigarh. They promise to provide 24*7 support and provide other cabs in case of any issues. We have wasted 6 hours to repair our cab. We continuously contacted them for support. But no support has been provided. Our trip got wasted. It took 23 hours to reach Manali from delhi while travel time is 12 hours. Dont ever choose this cab service if you dont want to spoil your trip, while they charge 19k for same.Choose any other option.
This was my first time booking with hippo cabs. I feel amazing experience throughout my journey. The driver was very professional, quite frankly, very nice person and well behaved. The car too was neat and clean. I will recommend to everyone out there to book ride from hippo cab. Thank u hippo cabs ❤❤
Strongly suggest not to use this cab service.. I have booked a interstate sedan and made complete payment through there application.. They sent me sedan with no luggage space due to gas kit in the back.. After cancellation due to there stupid mistake, they said i will get the refund in 4-5 days but didnt got it for 25 days .. After repeated calls to customer care and them assuring refund is initiated, after 20 days came to know nobody even initiated the refund. Really unprofessional service.
Very very poor service. Driver came 2 hours late from the given time. Hippocabs cancelled my booking by them shelves without my consent. Rather I had to pay them more excessive amount which I was supposed to pay. I was forced to pay 1000/- extra than I was supposed to pay but still I didnot get the actual service.
Awesome app! Very affordable prices for one-way cabs. Interface is cool and easy to use. Support staff is very responsive.
Nothing works on the app. No otp is sent when you try to login and you can not even call for support.
worst service provider. booked a cab well in advance and the requested got confirmed too. but it was a now show and there is no one answering the call even at their call support. horrible experience

Worst app .total cheats .booked an Innova car for outstation travel by paying advance of 1500 .no car comes even after repeated calling for 1hour .we r waiting at the airport for 1hr. Eventually had to book an expensive cab for their mismanagement . haven't got the refund also .it's been a week . hopeless
Paid advance and booked a cab. Repeatedly called them for cab details. 1 hour after journey start time, they cancelled my booking. Left us stranded there and we had to pay a huge amount to get a local cab.
Earlier I used to book cab from makemytrip for outstation but when first time I used hippocabs they provide me good service. Their prices are way down than other competitors, loved their service and app.
One of the worst service. Drivers are not professional and talk to you rudely. Customer care also not respond once you complete trip. Quick tip- never pay them full amount as advance
Very very unreliable service and zero customer service. Drivers won't come on time or they will even cancel at last moment.
App does not import booking made by web/phone. As for the service - it is terrible - the cab was battered, dirty, Air conditioning did not work (Chandigarh to Delhi average temp was 41C).Even worse the car made a horrible high pitched screech when travelling above 60. Rear seat belts were non functional (critical requirement on highways). Driver tries to charge you both way toll. In short HIPPOCABS does not deliver what they promise
It is the worst cab app i have ever used.. Even hippocab experience was worst.. They charged around Rs800 extra.. It's been a month since complain and now they are returning only 250. They don't care about the costumer. Even after prooves all that matter is driver's false story..I hope this review will help others not to use this cab service further..
I had a one way trip and it was an amazing experience. Hippo cabs provide excellent services in affordable prices.

@hippocabs very bad experience . First time using booking amount 2470 but after journey asking for rs 200 for their technical error . Very bad cab. Dont use any more

Such useless and unreliable service. They didn't even bother to assign a car on time and even doesn't give a satisfactory solution for the same. My cab scheduled time was 10.30 am and there was no update till this time. On calling customer services for almost 2 hours someone picks up and in his sleepy voice says sorry for not being able to provide details due to car breakdown which is an unrealistic reason. Highly disappointed and am sure am gonna cancel my further 2 bookings with them.
