Horrible service. Wasted my time with no one ever came on to conduct interview. Entire day wasted on job searching and preparing. I do not recommend this service from my experience.

Worst app i have ever seen ...i didn't recieved any interview but it showing it was recieved last day i experienced the delay process... Just plz be punctual and very adaptive to the work

Tried via my android phone and the experience using the application was not good, especially sound.

This app is great. There were so many resources to help make the interview process so smooth. I was so comfortable after being able to practice before hand and also given the chance to do re record my answers. Also for those who dont like to see themselves on video or het distracted by seeing themselves, you are able to make it to where you dont. So awesome!

This app is a nightmare to work with via cell phone and desktop. It doesn't recognize that the microphone and camera allows access on desktop and THEN it says that it works with Chrome, which it doesn't. I spent 3+ hours playing with settings on my desktop until I finally switched to my phone (which is so idiotic because it would look much better with a computer). QUITE frankly, I don't even want to do the interview anymore-- and I haven't even gotten there yet.

This app is straightforward, easy to use. However you get two attempts to answer a video question, if you record a second answer it automatically submits that one. During my second take, something happened that was out of my control and it ruined my 2nd attempt. You should be able to choose which of the two answers you submit per question, it's not okay that the app auto submits the second one. Yeah, we get to practice that's great. but if it does that, what's the point?

A few bugs need to be fixed. First, for me, the prep timer only counted down, it never brought up the tab for me to record my responses. I was always stuck between being confused and wondering if my response was being recorded or not. Basically, a lot of improvement needs to be done...it should be more "job-applicant friendly".

Very easy to use, very convenient! I love the fact that i didnt have to install any extra software on my PC, or anything krazy like that. I just downloaded the app to my Android device, and did the interview. I was given plenty of time after reading the question to think of my answer. And also given an opportunity to re-record my answer if i wasn't happy with the first one. Also, I was able to review my entire answer before having to decide on whether or not to do it again. Overall, Awesome App!

great app wonderful overall experience. I was able to practice my answers to the questions being asked. If I did not like how my answer was being recorded I had the option to record my answer. thank you for this positive experience. On another note at the end of my experience It read that O completed 6 of 6 questions and that my responses were uploaded. At the bottom of the screen it said 5 of 6 responses were uploaded. I should have been instructed to fulfill the missed response and upload it.

I actually LOVE the idea of this app. I've personally completed over 20 interviews and there have been several inconsistencies. It overlaps old interviews w the current ones. It's also shown that I completed interviews when I hadn't started. Even after contacting customer support , issues persist. I also hate the idea of an algorithm deciding if I fit a position.

Never heard of this before, but thanks to Corona and moving out of state in less then 30 days I was very impressed with this, very easy to navigate, tons of prompts to help make you comfortable during something that is bound to be a bit stressful, and makes you feel more comfortable doing so by practicing, and best part - your unlimited when your practicing, you can pause where your at to think of answers, I just really liked this and came in handy VERY much!

positive experience. there is though an option to disable your video feed so you can't see yourself... mine didn't work and that interupted my rhythm of speech a few times. if you're doing this on a phone or tablet turn do not disturb on and watch out for the greatest demon of all. "auto correct".

This app told me it would need access to my camera and microphone in order to conduct my job interview. After making sure everything is turned on, I am still being denied access to the job interview. I am still being told to try again. I have never had problems up until now. Earlier I was given the choice to block or allow access to my mic and camera. It didn't matter how many times I tapped on "allow", nothing happened. The screen kept freezing on me.

Avoid this app. Currently, there are a lot of bugs (See user reviews for March - April 2020). I had a video call interview. I’ve decided to use the mobile application (camera is better than on the laptop), it refused to allow input and output sound through the headset. The Web application kept stating sound was not playing through my headset and refused entry to the interview room. The interviewers stated they had difficulties connecting too. The video call consistently had dropouts.

The tech itself works fine, but the process is cold and off-putting. First of all, asking candidates, especially those with long and/or varied careers, to answer broad, open-ended questions in three minutes or less is ridiculous. In some cases, it'd take me longer than three minutes to explain the scenario. Secondly, the camera offers zero feedback. A person, either in-person or on the phone, will give cues as to whether you need to explain something further, or back up and start over. The app requires you to trust your own judgment. Finally, as others have stated, this has the potential to favor the better actor/performer than the most qualified candidate. If you want someone who can write a script and read it in an engaging way, get on YouTube. The rest of us are busy doing real work.

Good idea but I encountered too many issues attempting my interview. I tried many ways to fix it myself made a ticket and they just told me to do what I already tried. I'd reccomend just contacting the business you are trying to do an interview for and going in person or a video call and skipping this app altogether as this was just a waste of time.

Doesn't let you in ...always says "Microphone Error ! We could not detect sound through your microphone. please close any apps that would be using it and try again". Phone is in perfect condition and attending so many meetings seamlessly with Zoom & Google Meet.. Disappointed 😞

I had my first video interview through HireVue, am a doctor and I have never updated with the technology, on the top of it I was nervous how to use the interface. But the app helped me out with practice questions and made me comfortable. A bit human touch to it, I am not sure I got through the interview but I gained the confidence through it. Thanks

I used this app for my video interview it was so smooth. At first I was skeptical when I read reviews from past users, but since some users had positive response I got confident to use it. It's so good and smooth. I got enough time to do practice and in the video interview, they give you 60 seconds to prepare for your 3 minutes video response. Between every question, you are given time to prepare for the next question. Generally I liked the whole experience. I can recommend it 100%

There are some advancements with technology that are helpful. This is not one of them. This is by far, the coldest way to "interview" someone. Completely removing the human element. It's grossly anxiety inducing and unfair to leave an important thing as employment to chance through an algorithm.

This needs to disappear. I need a job, and I looked for one. This was an interview option. It feels impersonal, disconnecting, and even though I was in my own home I felt nervus. This does NOT replace and actual handshake and real eye contact. Not to mention I just heard of this app today, I do not trust strange apps on my devices. Who knows what it just dug into.

solid, easy to use app. doing a virtual interview is a new experience for me. this app took out the technical challenges and automated the process. I just wish I was given early warning that once the actual interview portion launches, there's no turning back.

No brightness settings to improve the image. And just generally a terrible way to interview people who aren't actors - most people cannot look at a screen and produce a good answer to a question without writing a full script. In addition it robs interviewees of the chance to ask questions themselves and get a feeling for the company. Automation is generally good, but not for interviews.
