The app is good and has many features as the website, well done. However, you need to fix the synchronization issue between app and website. All the progress I did on the mobile app on selecting candidates is not updated on the website and vice versa! It's a big issue.
Still a lot of bugs. Now can't log in because it kept rejecting my password. No option on app to reset password. Can't log in on app or web because account is locked. Also bugs on web platform regarding adding other users. Sent something via help platform but no response as yet. Otherwise, very promising application. Simplicity of features is great.
I cant even login to it. Once I put my email in and press next it's just a white screen. I uninstalled it and the reinstalled again. First time I login I'm able to get to the point I put in my account password and THEN it white screens again. Horrible app. I already hate Smart recruiters general interface but am forced to use it. The mobile app I was hoping was at least convenient and it's literal trash that doesnt work. Awful.
I can't even log into the app. I typed in my email and password 5 times, uninstalled, reinstalled, typed them in another 5 times, and ALL 10 times it gave me an "incorrect password" screen shake. I thought I would try to be responsible this summer and get a job, but it seems you are preventing me from doing it conveniently.
Really want to love this app, but it's buggy in key places. For example, when reviewing candidates, you are sometimes unable to submit a review, despite giving a star rating and comment. Also rejection reasons and rejection templates sometimes load and sometimes don't.
Need To Improve Your App..First Off all Login Issue then its not user friendly interface lots of time we are confused..if you add some interview question and answer to helps fresher and also organization information so he easily ready nd prepare his interview study and its a great help for him ...think and do changes in urgent basis.
I just wish there was a way the app would send a notification when an application gets sent to our ad or if I got a reply from someone. I would forget that I messaged someone and that is not okay.
App only works with companies who have set up SSO login. My company set up an account for me using my company email, NOT using SSO, so I am unable to log in to this app. I was going to be able to review candidates for open positions using this app, similar to how I do on the website portal.
app will not save my password, recreated and reset for 4 new passwords. still can't get in ... used another email... password still won't save. delete app, post review.. done.
This app used to work great, but now I can't even load any info from my postings. I just get an error message everytime saying "can't load data, try again". Completely useless.
Hi, i can't login. It says my ID and Password are wrong. I have verify it through login via website and it works, so it cannot be true. Please fit this. Thanks
The app continually shuts down on me and I'm unable to see accurate in real time pending approvals. It keeps saying that I'm all caught up when I know I have some waiting.
A bit buggy on notification feature. I cannot reload it eventho im connected to the internet. Overall, its okay! Thanks
Worst experience with this app, couldn't access to my profile through this app, but through Google Chrome it's OK, please make sure that the proper working of this app and it would be very helpful for jobseekers like us
It won't let me log in even though I know my password because I just created it, I tried twice to make a new password anyways and both times that still didn't work.
can't login despite credentials being correct as I can login on laptop. Terrible app. Needs a forgot password function, view password when tyoing function. get that fixed
Lot of opportunities,but I am not able to access the website from( India) through Application (Android Playstore),whereas it can be accessed by chrome. Kindly let me know how it can de done.*Note: Msg displayed the application that it can not be accessed.
Logged in well but that's it. Jobs took long to load. Then, afterwards wouldn't work. Kept saying to try again
Why is there no option of zero? Not able to login. Just introduce a Google Fb and linkedin colomn to direct sign in. One of the worst app
Unable to login on app (just vibrates as if I have typed the password wrong), but I am able to login on their website.
Half the jobs don't load any results even though there are hundreds of applications visible from the desktop.
Login from the webpage but not on the app. Tried multiple times but the issue still persist.
if you're in a global company the app is pointless because you can't filter the jobs you see by country. Bit of a lazy attempt at an app.

I was unable to log in my account in this app. But in their website, it's working. I am hoping it will be fix soon.
Doesn't work most of the time. It will load but then say its unable to load.
I still can't login. Saw a response that it has been fixed but still happening on my OnePlus 3T.
Wrote App not user friendly I have account am I'm trying to login through app but it's showing try again - try after sometime useless app don't waste your time by installing this app
