New update does not allow me to connect to nearby taxis. Always saying busy, even though there are 5-6 nearby taxis.

I waited too long for a cab. And I waited too long to cancel my booking. Wasted my time

This app needs a lot of improvement. I understand it's a bit complicated and different because you don't own the taxis and are only bridging riders with taxis of different operators but you need to make sure that the app caters both ends especially in terms of the booking process. Drivers must not be allowed to pick up passengers if they are already booked. You need to coordinate that to the operators and impose policies that will benefit you both.

I love this app. It serves its purpose. Have decided to install this app because it was raining very hard that time. Glad I successfully made a booking and the taxi arrived in no time. The driver is also approachable and drives safely. This app is truly great. 😊😍

Consistent... consistently unreliable at least here in bacolod. Since their first launch a few years ago...hirna has been unreliable. You cannot book rides. Since my first use I've been able to successfully book only one ride but had to cancel because the ride was too far and I pity the driver as he will be at a disadvantage. I'm happy there's an app that will compete with grab here but I do hope there will be more cars/drivers.

Does not work with my other phone. Probably because the Android version is not 9.0 (Pie). Should incorporate (or at least notify) us of the BOOKING FEE beforehand, not after the fact. Good thing the driver did not ask for it. Also, PHOTO of the driver and the actual car/taxi should be a must.

It's 2022 already, cashless payment should be an option!

It is easy to use when looking for a carpool that you will take a ride to your destination. The price is in cheap and it is a good one. Keep it up for more improvements 👍🏼

This is trash! It takes forever to load the map and when you search for location, it will just give you results in Metro Manila. Fix your app so you can compete with more established Grab. We need a competitor for Grab. Not a trash!

worst app. I installed this and after 5 minutes, i uninstalled. Reason? i opened the app and it keeps asking me to turn ON location access which is already in High accuracy mode. Im done. This app and the company behind it is rubbish.

Confusing! Stuck on "Waiting for Process" even when it's been accepted by a driver. No option to go back to check driver's profile or option to msg driver, also the track link sent via SMS is broken

Useless in places that don't actually utilize the app. Waited for an hour for a cab coz most cabs has a "hirna" sticker so i thought i won't have a problem, still waited and decided to walk to the terminal (20 mins with all my stuff) just to ride the cab and they are all at the terminal lol

This app asks for verification code yet they did not send one either. I've tried it many times. Hope they'll fix this problem

i have been using this for quite a while. just now drivers are asking me for a 10 pesos booking fee. i just want to confirm if there is really a booking fee.

Drivers who cancel don't have accountability. The driver don't seem to understand how the app works. Some say there is a booking fee, while some don't seem to know that there is.

A very convenient and economical app for us here in Davao City 👏. Although the map needs a lot of corrections and updates.

The new update needs a verication code from my number. However, I did not receive any code message despite several try. This is disappointing because I cannot use the app.

Using Hirna everyday when going to work instead of Grab since they have a cheaper booking fee and now they are going to increase it on September 1. Guess I'm not using them by then. I'll be calling callcenter taxis instead.

Always lag. Not helpful at all. Rating drivers is too difficult. Too manual.

Stupid map Cannot identify my location Even after setting my location to highest accuracy. My location is in spring valley yet it locates in st jude.

No taxis. Useless app since they basically have no taxis available, ever.

The driver asked me for 10 pesos on top of the taxi meter fee. I wasn't informed na may extra fee na pala ang Hirna ngayon. Also, a lot of drivers are picking up my request and clicks the Passenger on board even though di naman nila ako pinick-up talaga. With that, di ko ma-cancel and makes your app useless kasi di na ako makabook ng ibang driver. The map also pins me to a different location sa actual location ko. Papalayo din ang driver instead na papalapit dapat sa location ko on the map.
