This remote worked well, had no problems with it. The problem I now have is, that this is not compatible with Android Version 10, making this app unusable. Please update the app. There was one other thing that I found with this app, I could not turn the TV on from standby mode with this app.
Works with my smart TV. Not perfect: I would like to disable the touchpad and keyboard screens. And have the arrow keys on the OK widget to be vertical and horizontal! But a worthy replacement for the physical remote.
Actually works! Surprise! But is really ugly as an app. I would prefer it if it just looked like a normal remote and you "pressed" its buttons. I only need it for the volume keys as my remote volume up button doesn't work
Temperamental. Very much hit and miss. There are times it works and there are times it doesn't. When it IS working, it's fabulous but when it ISN'T (reconnection issues) it's extremely frustrating.
It's an alright app it's not good and it's not bad things what I will say though is when you try to connect to your TV it won't work and there's been times when I have be able to connect to it but then I will be gone and disconnects me or when someone else is using it disconnects me from off the TV so I think that if you can if you can fix that problem and that would give it a higher score but other than that that's what I have to say
Layout is horrible, sliding between different screens could be nearer and displayed better. The different screens could be reduced, when going back to the app after a few minutes it disconnects from the TV and leaves the screen greyed out and unresponsive forcing you to close the application and relaunch in order for it to work again.
It's a great app and works well, just Connect via WiFi and your good to go! It could do with a few updates please add alexa connectivity and possibly a Netflix button and it would be perfect!
Works perfectly on my TV. Not clear that you can swipe to get to other features such as volume. But works great. Can't complain.
Amazing app i lost my tv remote and have finaly found this app. I give 5 🌟 but I couldn't find youtube on the remote so i was struggling until i eventually found the internet button at the top to launch YouTube. I definitely recommend this app as it works soo great.
Fantastic app! Would love it even more if you added a Netflix button and maybe a screen with all the main buttons on like a regular remote too...
Love it. I can turn the volume down when the Mrs. has the remote and has it very loud. Perhaps she is going deaf. I don't know but she has neither noticed or complained yet. Big win.
Same problem as a lot of people. Worked really good for a while, then stopped working. Uninstalled, then reinstalled it and it worked again .
Specifically sought this out because other remote apps couldn't connect to my Hitachi TV. Neither can this one, it seems.
Works but does not have channel selector or number input for channels awful layout not worth having on my phone besides needs WiFi on to work as well wasting power.
Perfect replacement to my missing control! Set up in seconds and easy to use.
Its works sometimes but when I try it says "this only works on a smaller version of android" update the app I've had this app for 3 years its only work 3 or so times
It works really well for my tv and it is just like using a remote along with quick connection
This app worked perfect until I updated it and now it won't work at all it says its built for an older version of android.
Brilliant app but I have 2 issues 1: I miss the satisfying clicking noise of a normal TV remote 2: TV takes ages to connect to WiFi so takes about 2 mins to connect to phone
This app works well with my telly but I can't connect it to my amazon echo dot so that's why I only gave 3 stars ,five are waiting when echo connection becomes available in an update.
The app works but we recently changed our Internet provider and have no way of connecting the TV to our new wifi which means I can no longer use the app.
App used to work perfectly, then stopped working and won't connect. Complete waste of time.
Best remote app ever! My tv remote broke and i was about order a new one from Amazon but I discovered this app and it saved my money!
Use to be a great app but seems it is another app in which the developers are too lazy to update for the new android software. Oh well off to find another app
It connects really well since i have lost my tv remote and it works for all tvs in my house so its brilliant and i really recommend
Lost TV remote installed this worked fantastic Then found original remote, but kept this app on ..,.... Just in case, ya know

The app does not work my TV is connected to the same WiFi as my phone and it still yet can't find my Hitachi TV what a useless app
brilliant app! works very well! my dad lost the tv remote so i looked into whether you can control the tv via wifi and found this. i actually prefer this to using the tv remote. the only reason i have given it a 4 star is because it doesn't have a Netflix button but it does have a button to get to the apps list so at least it is still possible to get to the Netflix app, YouTube, bbc iPlayer etc.
