Please, for the love of all things bright and GTD, include an option to further customize recurring tasks (eg. If I need something done only on Mondays and Wednesdays). This is literally the only thing that's keeping me away at this time. I wrote that first only because it would be better visible from there, overall this app is a solid one. I especially like that all recurring tasks show in the calendar (and not do the thing where the recurrence activates only after the last task is ticked).
Sleek looking and easy to use. I am using it to replace the (soon to be discontinued) Wunderlist. The current version (18.1) duplicate any tasks after date editing and syncing, deleting them is easy but I really hope you guys fix that bug on the next release. Good luck and keep up the excellent work.
I like this app. It is pretty much what I need from a productivity app. The problem is sync doesn't work well. I get errors (502 error now on web), or changes/additions I make aren't showing. Applies to both web and Android app. Please fix this urgently. Edit: Android app has just told me to check my network connection. It thinks I'm offline. I'm not.
Invested some weeks with the app. It promissed a lot. Some of my comments that requiered assistance taked days to answer, others has never been answered. One issue that troubled was that the printed version of a project (group of tasks) display even some deleted tasks that didn't show up anymore in the editing screen. Never get an answer about this. Asked for a credit of the 60$ that has been charged few days ago when decided go premium to get some better assistance. Guess what: nothing change.
I love Hitask web a lot, however, the app doesn't work that well. Somehow, because I've used the web version first when I started to use the app, all the task that I've create started to duplicate. Also, on the app, when I want to see what task I have for the day it doesn't respect the time order, everything is just all over the place and it's frustating because this app is supposed to keep me organized and it doens't feel like that. I hope that in the future they can improve the app, meanwhile, I'm going to keep using only the web version, WHICH I LOVE.
i dont see notifications, feel problems in setting reminder time however it should be flexible so that we can set time in minutes and notification sound cannot be changed or set, we should be able to set any sound we want from our phone for notifications the way we want... push notifications should go like a call or sms buzzing the one to wake up and do the task. so should be for self reminder. i look forward to give 5 stars soon when all is fixed by u expert people 😊
App does not work. Constant network failure notifications and then without having even been able to interact with the app a notification to say I've exceeded free usage! Shame as it looked from interface to be wamhat I am after.
Best task app, believe me I have tried so many. This one is very user friendly with a nice calendar. It's also available online and has a Windows version. I've been using it for about two weeks and paid for a yearly subscription and I don't regret it.

What happened to my previous review from yesterday??? basically the user interface on the iPhone 6s is horrible and that's a deal breaker for me because i need an app that will work correctly across all devices of my team otherwise it's pointless.
I have the paid service and its awful. Will be canceling and hopefully getting my money back. Timeouts constantly, can't login. Doesn't sync with my employees properly. What the hell!? And how this at a 3.6 rating is beyond me.
This is a pretty darn good app this is one of very fiew apps out there that has a nice working progress functionality that we were looking for and and so much more. You guys rock, keep doing your thing I'm loving it. 👌🏼🤟👏
Total lack of inteligence how life operates, corporate environment , personal life in time and space . Absolutely out of context of real life. I dislike it right from first use. The white page is ugly . Pittie for the mindset of the designer. I play with it later for a few hours and guaranteed to Delete, Dicard, with strong feelings of dislike ! ! I strongly regret to downloading it the at all.
the one app that does all a professional needs. the calender function is what sets it apart - you can see when to schedule what task.
I must say that Hitask has improved so much that it is an excellent tool now. Don’t go with what the old review say, Hitask is now much, much better app.

hey i paid for 5 member team but i'm unable to access the reports column. i tried reaching out to customer chat service as well. but there's no response from them. Can you please respond on this.
Why would i need an app for project management if i can't add my colleagues to the team. Requires payments to do basic things.

Genuinely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. I've been double charged for the past 4 months and there is literally no other way of reaching customer service other than the chat on the website, it doesn't even feel like you're talking to someone. The app or the servers show an error on a regular basis which makes this app super unreliable to use when you're trying to write notes done and it shows error code and deletes the notes straight away.
