HitBTC – Bitcoin Trading and Crypto Exchange

HITBTC is a fraud!... The app never shows what network is used for transactions, either on BTC/OMNI, ETH/ERC20, Tron/TRC20, BSC/BEP20 or Solana, etc... No information whatsoever, except the charges!... The interface looks very simple, but it's a disguise to hide vital information... That's neither safe nor trustworthy!... I have lost all my asset trying to withdraw to another exchange, after a huge flat rate fee and operational hassles... Fraud!...

I hardly give negative feedback on a platform, but your exchange left me with no option than to say you don't really practice the purpose of Blockchain tech. How can a deposit be made successfully into your exchange after one is fully verified & it became a nightmare to get access to such asset or fund? Saying transaction for such asset is offline. You guys really to do well in order to keep up with other exchanges. If this were to be technical error, 24-48hrs should be enough to get it fixed.

Scammers, I exchanged my $10.70 to ONG coin, only to see it being halved to $5.17 as I returned back to USDT coin. I wanted to withdraw ONG to binance but withdrawal was halted, I returned back to USDT by swapping it. It was just halved, the worst exchange I've ever seen. I will continue to give you guys low rating here until your exchange is down and stop working, criminals.

For days now, have been trying to login my app and it will show me something went wrong.. Up till now i cant but it login on web but not app. Please how can ghis issle be solved

Operational issues. The app is non responsive at times. Not user friendly

It's a cheap and fraud exchange The UI is too old.I mean even now a days kids can make a better app than it Withdrawal fees are too high...It will work fine for a few days and after it you would not be able to withdraw your funds as they will freeze your account and force you to do kyc

Your withdrawals fees for BNB is 0.01457BNB and that's $6 ... regret ever depositing on your exchange after making profits from trades your withdrawals fees made it looks like I have losses it all....worst exchange app ever.. please stay away from this app... deposit are free but withdrawals are way too much...trade performance is wack....

I cannot login in hitbtc app.i tried from different phone but it's same.only it says something went wrong.

It's missing many popular currency pairs now. For example, BAT/USD used to be listed but recently disappeared.

I personally recommend this exchange, especially to those who are just starting to use the crypt. Everything is clear and simple in the interface, the commissions are normal in price and transactions don’t have to wait very long.

I was interested in this exchange because there are a lot of features, functions and information. There are excellent conditions, simple registration, high reliability. I’m happy with the level of support and the set of cryptocurrencies.

Am having a terrible experience with HitBTC, for the past two weeks now I have been trying to verify but they keep rejecting my proof of address, their requirements is just too much for an app thats not too known, even binance no stress person like this and transactions are instant.

There is no option to give -5 star so i gave 1 star, in my life i can't ever see like this worst exchange,my recommendation is don't use this exchange, if you want your fund safe and secure if you deposit this exchange you forget your funds because the withdrawal fees is very very high and also if you hold your funds in this exchange your fund is magically invisible they take it for maintenance fees don't use this exchange

This is the worst crypto exchange experience I ever had I had to sell my doge asset at less than ten times the actual price hate it plz select some other crypto app for investment

Scammers. The 37000 HTML I had in this exchange got wiped out for no reason.

A few words about the exchange: the money arrives on time, I didn't have any technical problems here either, a visually pleasant and intuitive interface. Everything you need, no comments.

Sincerely you people are real scammer. I deposited Dogecoin I can't withdraw even to trade it the price is lower than the normal price. Now I deposited usdt for me to transfer to spot wallet for trading it's not possible only giving condition for me to withdraw and remove 8usdt for withdrawal fees. You people are real theives

I like the simple interface of the platform, everything is easy enough and simple. Without extra clicks, you can make a transfer of funds in two steps.♡

I have used hitbtc for 4 years, because I can't withdraw my coins of the high fees and withdrawal downtime. But final push towards exiting this exchange was the kick token "we don't support swap" then they'r support didn't answer any questions. Now I found out there was a limited time the kickold to kick new was supported and they don't allow it anymore. Basically hitbtc stole my money.

I like that the currency directions are numerous, and not just the most frequent in use. For a long time I was looking for an exchange with different types of pairs of coins and at the same time a normal price tag for a commission. Thanks to the exchange, I advise everyone!

For security, speed of operations and exchange rates, definitely 5 points. The interface is ordinary, as for me, but everything else that the exchange offers is on top.

I have a terrible experience using this app. The app was recommended to me by a friend but the experience is not good. I made a deposit of more than $200 in it, and when I wanted to withdraw my money, I was asked to manage API KEYS and I tried to do it,but still they keep telling me the same thing and my money is drastically going down. I complained to them,but nothing is done.

Super normal interface, uncomplicated, everything is clear from the first time. I keep my coins here and change them periodically, there were no problems....

I really like a large selection of currencies and a very easy procedure when buying them. I haven't noticed any obvious shortcomings yet, I haven't even contacted support.♥
