Easy to use once you are able to set it up. It's always available which makes you feel safe abt your money.

4/5/22: Login process still broken on Samsung Z Flip 3. Please fix.
No online chat is available if you have questions. No way to check which payments were cleared by the account and what's outstanding. Make this app user friendly. I'll have some overdraft fees but I don't know what for and what company do I need to follow up with. I also called the credit union because the notification that comes up when making a transfer doesn't tell you that you're only allowed 6 transfers per month, only can't complete transactions try again later. I was charged $78. Not good
Give yourself the gift of peace of mind this holiday season (mobile deposit nag) should not be an app alert. Alerts are for important notifications. Also, sending the same "alert" twice, six minutes apart, is a bit much. Developer, add another notification category, informational, or some such, for these messages that do not need immediate attention. This allows for better control over these types of messages.
I am unable to edit my initial review so im going to do another one. I initially gave this app 5 stars because they revamped the app. They now offer mobile deposit. I clicked on the Mobile deposit and it said to call the bank to activate it. I called and was told that unless I have a daily balance of $5000 I can't use that feature. Ridiculous. ASB doesn't do that. Maybe its time to close this account.
Tried enrolling. Seems to have worked but every time I try to login, it asks for a security code via text, then to enter my email and phone number, then brings me back to the login screen to repeat.
It's the workers at my branch that makes banking with Hawaiian financial always pleasant experience. That even if the worst of issues were.. No matter because they always pleasant and it's influencial. Love it

The updated app is very easy to use and transition between each transaction is seamless. I prefer it over the website.
First time using the deposit feature and it was pretty simple. Waiting for confirmation of the transaction, but it was really easy!

After I did the update(like right now) the app wouldn't open. It's not running. Please fix it.
VERY useful, although combining more than 1 account can be a pain.. Definitely a must have if you are always on the go an must keep up with your finances.
horrible. cant even reaet my password. and why in the world would you have one app for banking and no app for credit card. catch up with the rest of the world
only reason why it doesn't receive 5 stars is because when you transfer to pay your credit line, it doesn't reflect the total payoff amount.
App keeps closing, was working at one time. Even a delete and reinstall has not worked.

Try it. Don't be afraid if need to use, "Forgot my password" and then "Forgot user name" since they send user name. They'll ask security questions you chose before but. You can always change anything later.
Ever since they went to this new system l can't log into my account...l have tried changing my password doesn't work and l end up calling...l have changed my password 3 times in 2 weeks..very frustrating
Doesn't load into sign in screen on s22 ultra, it's stuck on a white screen with the app logo in the center.

I absolutely love it! Just like I love my Hawn. Tel Credit Union! I would never go n e where else! U r all just like Family 2 me! I love the all the ppl upstairs too Jean, & all of them r super helpful 2 me! Clearance Dept. I think it's called, they r so on it! My Super Family!!!
Can't log in anymore...very poor log in...the updates made screwed everything up...they barely even answer the phone to assist customers...the exceptional service changed to barely okay...
After I updated my app it did not work at all. Therefore, I installed it and tried to reinstall it the times. Now I don't have the app at all.
