Worst app I have seen in a long time. A two year old could make a better app than this one. Don't expect anyone to respond either. App keeps unsyncing with the Sekonda watch, which is really annoying. Literally very limited amount of watch faces to choose from. Not only that, there is no other app that will recognise the Sekonda watch either. Making options very limited.

Absolutely terrible app. Won't let me register, says my email is already registered. Never had the app before. Crashes out when request password reset, crashes out when trying to get new watch faces, crashes out when trying to log in with Facebook, crashes out, basically constantly. Probably restricted access due to not having a login but IT WON'T LET ME! If this is the only app option for my sekonda watch then into the junk drawer it goes. Absolutely shockingly bad. Is there an alternative app?

It seems to be that Everytime the app is updated it becomes more & more frustrating. If my phone has to be restarted for ANY reason, regaing Sync with my watch becomes more frustrating. Somehow, it appears to corrupt the ability to even just Pair watch to phone. Resetting watch & pairing to another device - even my TV is NO problem... I 'unpair' from both watch & other devices, when I attempt to fix such problems - perhaps I should just sync to TV, less hassle, and little loss.

The phone application does not sink exercise data from my watch. It is frustrating to have a feature which is non-functional.

Watch looks nice. Does not synch properly and walking distance sleep etc results when available sadly complely random and unlikely eg 49 mins by sleep etc

This app is disgusting. Watch face of this app is not working. I tried so many times to change the watch face but its not working . Please suggest any other app for Denmark strand smartwatch.

Poor at best, I think you guys can improve but you just gave up on developing this app., no updates on watch faces, stats of other people we don't even know, no real time personal stats. I regret buying your product.

App looks good! The only thing that bothers me is the fact that you can see your password on the keyboard typing suggestions when you login/register (and not seeing the last character typed instead of a dot). Had trouble making my account, gave an error for no reason, but when I tried again later it got fixed and saw that I had the account created, I just had to activate it with a code received by email. Other than that, all good. Interface controls could get a bit more options, though!

It keeps disconnecting at night so I have to uninstall and then install again.I have to use it because of the watch I bought but do not get it.

Lol I sure want to 'sava' my sedentary settings! No srsly, they misspelt save. Y Seems rushed and unfinished with instead of 'ok' it's 'action' etc

Would've rated higher, but since the update, I don't like how I can't change the watch face theme. Plus the first time I sync the watch, the app crashes, then every other time it says "sync failed". I also noticed that when I try view any of my recorded exercises, the latest ones say "no detail data", but the recorded data that I have before the app update, I can view, which I don't understand.

Still not working. Now I'm getting a warning on my phone that the app keeps crashing. I will never recommend this device to anyone coming into my store. Since the last update I have had nothing but issues. It locks up, disconnects from my phone. Freezes up and slows down my phone. Nothing but issues. You need to fix it yesterday! If I could give it less then one star I would. Since the update that changed the interface it crashes daily, freezes up my phone crashes my phone you need to fix it

Cant get it to send me an email to confirm! So annoying it deems the watch useless

I have just install this app and enter my email but it just does not send the message on my mobile for verification

The App stopped working and syncing with the watch device. After installing version 1.3.0, I had to enable all app permissions then only could I proceed to the main screen. My workout history is all gone unfortunately. Now it's not syncing. What a lousy app. Developers needs to do proper testing, not give a half baked app. The version 2.02 is even worse. It is a pity I got the version 1.3.0 to work properly and had got used to it and then the new version goes and spoils everything. 1/2 star

Showing my device is not authorize. After clicking on authorization, nothing happened

Since the upgrade my watch keeps not syncing to app. Then it won't pair. Uninstall, re-install and now it only vibrates for notifications every now and then. Super disappointed because I got it so I didn't miss notifications when my phone is in another room etc. I actually bought 2, the other one has the same issues except the vibrate is so soft I don't feel it.

Can't register to app I used my business email as a test and says already used which is an email I never use

Decent budget smartwatch Honestly I do like the watch I really do it does exactly what I need it to. I just wish there was more variety of watch faces. I can choose one that's right that has all I want on the one screen and there is such a limited option. Please please please upload alot more give us choose on style colour have it where you can see active heart rate 12 hour digital time, steps, battery life, date, weather and have it clear and bold, and the time needs to be slightly larger.

Been using for a week . Works well simple to read information tells you what you need to know body temp is accurate works well with sekonda watch . Highly recommend the app .

The application is crashing , I uninstalled it and reinstalled, I can't even open it on my phone , and my watch is useless without the app

A good app for what it sets out to do, however execution is poor. The app will not sync to STRAVA no matter what I do - short of the downloading the app, I have deauthorised and reauthorized both the watch and the link to STRAVA via FB (the same log in I use for STRAVA itself), resynced via Bluetooth and None of my activities are showing in Strava, only in the HFP app. The user guide and faq is of little help, and has now rendered my watch purchase virtually useless. PLEASE HELP! :(

The updated themes are for children only. We want new themes

Just downloaded today it works. App needs some work there are simple things that should have never made it to a released version. Dont think the graphs are as good as they could be and does this thing automatically sync? So far if I want to check something I need to refresh to get update stats.
